Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unsv pole of any type and any size/make etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick MS Base plate, welded to pole, finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws, 9 Mtr long, type 410 SP-31, including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for coping to pole foundation including necessary formwork with fair finished surface all as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Taking out from trenches/ poles/ wall etc LT XLPE UG Cable /PVC Sheathed aluminium conductor armoured and relaying after fault rectification duly tested in trenches/ Poles/ Wall of LT UG Cable size of following sizes : Note: (i) Jointing Kit will be measured and paid separately under relevant item (ii) Excavation, returning refilling shall be measured separately.

Finding and rectification of electrical fault by checking of external/ internal elect supply feeder, street light feeder, OH conductors / under ground cables using elect tools, equipment and safety devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightening of loose connection, removing of any electric short,meggring of cable, excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightening of cable lugs etc all as required at site and as directed. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and safety devices. Dismantling the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from 1.5 TR Window AC / Split AC of any make and model, supply and fixing new sealed compressor unit including, connecting up complete and oil charging, etc., all as specified and directed. Dismantling of existing repairable Refrigerators of any make and from its position after disconnecting electric connections transporting from site to Contractor workshop for carrying out repairs and renewal/ replacement of parts, reassembling and transporting back to the site including installation of the same on the Same Location and making electric connection etc complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and filling of Refrigerant gas R-134 A in Refrigerators / deep Freezers /Water Coolers of any Capacity, Model and make including detecting the leakage Gas at any Location and rectifying the defect to stop the Leakage by Gas welding or by other means including cutting and Brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition Make: Melfron/Floron/Refron

Material and Labour for cleaning filter and servicing the condenser & cooling coil by spraying detergent water washing and caustic soda washing thoroughly cleaning and drying out and fixing back its original position combing the fins for Window type Air conditioner 1.5 Ton/ 2.0Ton Capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing worn out winding from fan motor , rewinding the blower fan motor of window / Split AC capacity of 1.5 TR with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge capacity, bringing back to worksite and refixing the same on its position including replacement of bushes all as directed.

All as per item no.100 above but for Water cooler 40/80 and 150/150 ltrs capacity.

Taking out of all rusted portion of Window AC ,making good the same with new MS sheet of approved gauge /existing gauge including iron supports by tinkering/welding and positioning back in original place including two anticorrosive black paint over a coat of primer all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti corrosive black paint upto 15 cm height of old steel surfaces from the base all round including legs for inside of water cooler of capacity 150 ltrs all as directed

Supply and filling of gas R-22/R-410A/R-32/R-134A in window type/ Split Type AC Unit of Capacity 1.5/ 2 TR Deep Freezer, Refrigerator, water Cooler of any Capacity Complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Melfron/Floron/Refron

Supply and fix new MS bottom base for fan motor of any given make for window type AC 1.5 tonne including dismantling the old unserviceable fan motor base all as directed

Supply and fix MS jointing plate for condenser / cooling coil housing for window AC of any make for 1.5 Ton capacity including dismantling the old unserviceable jointing plate all as directed.

Supply and fix ply wood 6mm thick, no of ply 6, grade BWR, type BB at the window AC places as fixed with nails etc and when the AC removed from site as a safety measure all as directed

Dismantling the transformer from the stabilizers of following capacity and removing the old / burnt transformer and replaced with new transformer as per existing make.

Replacement of following spare parts as per existing make for 1 KVA to 2 KVA capacity stabilizers
