Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per technical nspecification clause (a) private land

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowpits, with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause. (a) Private land

(A) By mix in place method- Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading Material (Gr-II)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN in static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical specification Clause 405 (A) By Manaul Means. Using stone screening type -B 11.2 mm for Gr III

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.

Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixing over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801 (i) 60 cm equlateral triangle

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc, as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703. ii) Ordinary kiliometre stone (Precast)

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m depth dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed from yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the tranches watering fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250gms per gm per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC :35. The finished syrface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.

(B) Construction of 2.00m Slab Culvert, 3 Nos. Earth work in excavation of foundation for structure as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m. dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material 1. Ordinary soil (i) Upto 3 m depth

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. A. With crushed stone II PCC grade M10 Nominal mix 1:3:6

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in Sub Structure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204. A. With Crushed Stone I. P.C.C grade M 15 I. Nominal mix (1:2.5:5)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specification Clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5. A. With crushed stone I. RCC grade M 20 (iii) For design mix RCC M20

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 800 and 1206.3. A. With crushed stone

Providing weep wholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) : 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7.

Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1209.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 500) in sub structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202.

Construction of R.C.C. railing of M 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3
