Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

(b) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M-10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix (a) 1:4 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Neat cement punning.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :. (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

(b)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 25mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) on the top of S.W. drain walls including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources,Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints

Deduct for not laying the concrete by using the pump, piping-work & accessories etc, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and placing in position Red sand stone slab over S.W drain including loading, unloading, carriage, labour and T&P etc. complete as per diirection of Engineer -In Charge. A) Red sand stone slab 30 mm thick (Undressed)

Raising Main hole cover and frame slabes to required level including dismentling existing slab and making good the damage as required (raising depth of Main hole to be paid separately). Circular Main hole 140 C.M. dia with Circular cover 600 M.M. dia of grade EHD-35.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. Circular shape 560 mm internal dia.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Deduct - Correction factor on existing items of the DSR-2023 i.e. 0.973 (Or less 2.7%)

Add 3% Cost index on DSR 2023 items

Add 3% Maintenence charge
