Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor, any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoinns, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface in facia, chhajjas, balconies, roof/ceiling at any floor (upto G+3) including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron mild steel work of any description or from nay position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately and the rates quoted in this item are inclusive of providing necessary scaffolding and other requisite arrangements , cost of T&P , all safety devices etc complete.)

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and apply two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4)type B1 (for man holes, drain cover etc) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) including necessary use and waste of formwork and set in CM 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for replacement of PCC chequered tiles with white cement and pigment 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete pre- polished glossy as per sample kept in GE office finish colour interlocking paver block any shape and any size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of thickness 60mm thickness M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floor , apron etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-18mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge and thickness including Nainiital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of 18mm thick both side prelaminated high density high moisture resistances (HDHMR) board any colour wood grains, with white base paint finish UV HDHMR corner side rounding with edge bending tape, PVC boxes, drawer any shape and sizes will be made up by machines matching with final finish (UV) and shutters of cupboard/almirah complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair for pre laminated particle board 18mm interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fitted with all around timber beading of 18 x 18mm of second class soft wood clean sawn and wrought as in shelves of cupboards/ almirah or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 2nd class hard wood plain fillets sectional area exc. 6sqcm n.exc. 13 sqcm clean sawn wrought, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.
