M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 6mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub grade or sub base of floor including demolition existing sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Providing 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Desluging/ cleaning of sewage line blockage by rodding from manhole to manhole. Manhole to cleaning eye including that from first manhole to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris, sludge and solid material from sewage line and removal from site and well flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe of 200mm internal dia of pipes at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Desluging/cleaning of sewage line blockage by rodding from manhole to manhole. Manhole to cleaning eye including that from first manhole to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris, sludge and solid material from sewage line and removal from site and well flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe of 100/150mm internal dia of pipes at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of gully traps incl removal of blockage by rodding from gully trap to man hole and gully trap to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris sludge and solid material from waste pipe line and from the gully trap and removal from site and flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe and spinking of bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of manhole chamber of any shape/size depth exceeding 0.6 m but n.exc 1.5 mtr by removing sludge/mud, silt, liquid etc(in foul condition to outside MD land premises including testing of manholes by filling with water ) all as specified and directed by mechanical method. Note:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes, shovel and hand glouses etc complete (ii) The lines or manhole measured once can not measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines or manhole re-occur within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra for this. (iii) Minimum 1one sweeper and one helper shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE (I) concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 24 Hrs as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 500/- per complaint per day.

Dislodging/ dewatering ,Cleaning of septic tank including sludge by pumping out using mechanical equipment and transported by a vehicle of capacity 6000 Ltrs and removed outside MD land including cleaning off shrubs/bushes, vegetarian found around 5 Mtrs from external edge of septic tank and sludge chamber twice during the running period of contract, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm for false ceiling all as specified including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board 6mm th of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered surface of wall by using electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surface finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered or old decorated surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two or more coat of 100% premium acrylic exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives applying @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : The % of the colours may change without any financial effect)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation, drain etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing RCC/ any fencing post, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F MS angle as in iron post and struts, gates, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F plain mild steel wire 2.5mm dia galvanised class 3 in detached work such as for mosquito nets and fixing to straining bolts , hooks, eyes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed base (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including dismantling of unserviceable/broken stone laid and pointed in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Providing at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), and making drainage opening wherever required including taking our existing old damaged kerb stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
