Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Complete removal exising treatment of old surfaces of wall by scrubbing by mechanical scrapper having vacuum mechanism (machine) with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable / preparation of new plastered surface and washing with water and applying 2-3 mm birla wall care putty Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any make over one a coat of primer from the same manufacturer even and smooth with roller brush complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item Nos 04: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item Nos 04 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

Complete removal exising treatment of old surfaces of wall by scrubbing using mechanical scrapper having vacuum mechanism/ preparation of newly plastered surface and washing with water and applying 2-3 mm birla wall care putty & two coats of oil bound distemper on walls/ceiling mechanically/using roller brush over a coat of alkali resistant primer from the same manufacturer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar 1:4 using sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and drying the brick surfaces , and make it dust free. Prewetting the surface with water before application of Dampblock 2k, and then applying a skim coat of polymerised putty and after drying 2 coats of smartcare dampblock 2K @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm. (Application of plaster shall be measured and paid in appropriate item).

Dismantling of wall and ceiling/cup board fibre pulp AC boards etc any thickness including cover fillets removing the wiring and refixing the same including fixture as necessary at site including frame work

M and L Providing & Fixing False ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%,humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 475 (part-4)-1970 and light Code Description unit rate No 429 SUB HEAD :26.0 NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIAL reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizoatal level suspended on interlocking metel T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams oer sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, vross-T of size 15x32nn of lenght 1200mm amd secondry itermediate cross-T of size 15x32 of lenght 600mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanising @ 80 grams per sqm) ie. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24 x0.40 mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl pluhs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall screws.
