Slurry Seal Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates conforming to specification of Table 500-33 of MoRT&H specifiactionfor road & bridge works (latest revision), portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion as per specification and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant/ concrete mixer or using hand mixing as per specification at Clause 516.2.1 of MoRT&H specifiactionfor road & bridge works (latest revision), laying and compacting with a pneumatic tyred roller having an invidual wheel load between 0.75 and 1.5 Tonne to provide even riding surface complete as per specication and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/deptt. Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base of thickness not less than 150mm: Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1 , cement concrete not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during the trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing and as directed by the deptt. (Including all leads & lifts.)

Wet Mix Macadam of thickness not less than 150mm: : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all leads & lifts and as directed by the deptt.

Cement Concrete Pavement of thickness not less than 280mm Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread , compacted and finished in a continuous operation includuing provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, seperation membrane, saw cutting, sealent primer, sealent joint , debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixured as approved, curing compopund, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as directed by the deptt.
