Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mmmm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foudation complete as per drawing and techanical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203.(M-10)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure asper drawing and techanical specification clauses 1205.4 and 1205.5.(M-25)

Supplyinng,fitting and placing MS bar reinforcement in supperstructure complete as per drawing and techanical specification clauses 1002,1010 and 1202.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded ready mixed sukrut material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface with at OMC, and compacting in two layer with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Wearing coat in M-25 on top of slab including all matireal, labour,tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work

Providing and laying of Rubber moulded (Red Colour) Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope,spreading and moisting 30mm thick local sand bed,filling joints with local sand etc for proper completion of the work as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504.

Road Delinator -delinator supply and fixing of ms Delinator made of mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion the surface should be concealed so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating alternatively ,those metal guide polse can be concealed with thermoplastic body etc complete as per technical specification clause morth 805 (8.15)

retro-reflective sheeting type IV with 4mm thick ACM double side- providing fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite pannel face to be fully covered with high intencity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC -67 2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS Angle of 35x35x5 mm legends letters numerals and border etc should be as per morth specification no 801 3.7 the sheeting shall have a presure sensitive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heat salvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a manner recommned by the sheeting manufacturer the ACM (aluminium composite materials ) sall be fixed on the back frame MS angle with riveting micro prismatic type IV retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificte of having the sheeting tested for cofficent of retro reflection daytime colours and luminance shrinkage flexbilty liner removel adhesion impact resitance specular gloss and fungus resitance 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international government laboratory institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad attematively a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D4956-09 ) on artificial acclerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally in such situation the employer /client if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of 3 years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tender the rate shall include all materials labour T& P transportation installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the engineer incharg.
