Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B 2, (1:2:4), using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring laid in alternate panels, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction (dummy) joints 100mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Garde 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, plinth protection, 75 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, 25 mm thick, using 12.5 mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in floors to maintain required gradient/undulation, finished even and fair. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor apron etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cast iron floor trap square type with CP grating with or without hole including provision of jointing to waste pipes in run lead joint dia of outlet 75 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as directed. NOTE:- Plaster work is on Ground and upto fouth floor of building.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing on walls in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as directed. NOTE:- Plaster work is on Ground and upto fouth floor of building.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished with sagol finish on plastered surface of internal wall including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to sunken floor including inside wall as per following details complete all as specified and directed:- 1) Cut, open and clean cracks in the sunken floor and side wall and repair them with polymer modified mortar 15mm thick modified with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. 2) Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal and allow it to dry, apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat. 3) While it is still wet, place a woven glass fibre mesh of measurements 2 mm x 2 mm and allow it to soak completely. 4) Immediately apply the second coat with a roller or squeeze, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. 5) Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hours, once the second coat is dry.

Material and labour for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) all as per CERA Cat No CURTIS or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excl flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs urinal spreader of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe (minimum weight 60 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 580x450 mm excluding taps but including 32 mm dia CP waste fitting and PVC waste pipe 610 mm long and brackets all as per CERA Cat No S 2040109 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe all as per Prayag Cat No 9302 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair pillar taps, 15mm dia, long body/swan neck, fancy type suitable for fixing to wash basin screwed for iron pipe and fixed with necessary fittings and including PVC connection all as per CERA Cat Part No F2004301or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy chromium plated, long body, with CP flange all as per Prayag Cat No PIS-08H Neptune series or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix repairs stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle,20mm bore size screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fittings all as per Prayag Cat No 7326 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Brass chromium plated wall mixer 15mm dia with provision for over head shower with 115 mm long bend pipe on upper side connecting legs and wall flanges for mixing hot & cold water, screwed down, three joints to steel pipes or unions and plugging and screwing to walls complete all as per Prayag Cat Part No. 8375 or techno commercially equivalent models specified in PS fixed in repairs completee all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs towel rail 600mm long 20mm dia brass chromium plated fixed with wooden guities embeded in cement mortar (1:3) with steel screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, ceilings concealed or laid in floors complete including taking up or down Galvanised steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing, fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.
