Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring or levelling coarse 25mm thick complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles (Ist quality) (coloured) 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking and attending to complaints of water leakage from bib taps,stop cock ,pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer ,angle valve ,concealed valve,shower rose , health faucet & jet , float valve , of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works not mentioned here in before used any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area,& requires plumbing including carrying out minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread(soot),Teflon tape,M-Seal, screws(any size), nails(any size) or any other material not mentioned here in before to make water supply/plumbing lines & fiittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/users under the jurisdiction of AGE B/R - P Note: (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from B/R-P complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail.

Taking down bib cocks, stop cocks, shower rose etc and removing blockages from GI/PVC tubing 15/20/25 mm dia by applying pressure in the outlet of pipe through suitable pressure pumps/using acid/chemical to clear any blockage and refixing bib cocks, stop cocks, shower rose etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead taks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refiing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil all as required & directed. Note: (i) Cleaning shall be done through wash out pipe by marking suitable arrangement to the outlet pipe such as cutting of the pipe providing short piece of pipe fitting and union coupling etc where the wash out pipe are not existing. The dirt etc shall not be allowed to enter the water supply system. (ii) Completion of complaints shall be carried out within stipulated time period to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge & users/occupants. (iii)The quoted rates are include items incorporates use of any material for completing the complaints to the satisfaction of user/occupants.

(ii) Preaparing plastered surfaces and providing APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd} at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides upto finished floor level (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iii) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Supply only water proofifng compound shall be measured and paid separatgely).

M&L for padding with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid to a average thickness 50mm thick over roof slab etc as in levelling course, finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster over top of roof slab/chajjas in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base of tanks including finishing even and smooth complete all as specified.

Cleaning & drying surface of floor /dado of bathroom, WC & kitchen etc by mechanical means i.e. blower etc as directed.

Opening joints of floor tiles, junction of floor & dado tiles, 300mm height from bottom layer of dado tiles with electrical grinder, electrical blower etc complete in WC, bathroom & kitchen all as directed.

M & L for inserting chemical mixture of polymer 960 & o.p.c. through these opened joints manually by trowel to seal all cracks honey combing of slab/beams and walls etc complete upto 300mm height from bottom layer of dado in WC, bathroom & kitchen.

M & L for inserting chemical mixture of Polymer 960: GP Resin: Super seal M-104, Aquapox in appropriate ratio of 1:1:1:1 by weight in paste form through these opened joints of floor tiles and dado upto 300mm heigh from floor in bathroom and kitchen including NT etc complete.
