Taking out the worn out Gun Metal Bush and supply and fixing new Gun metal bush of suitable size for any sweep and make of ceilingl fan/ exhaust fan/ pedestal fan / table fan / air circulator / cabin fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm of any make including preparation surface and making smooth the surface of body, blade, down rod etc even and smooth/fair for painting one coat of white synthetic enamel paint with spray gun complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Writing MES Nos on fan with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old broken bottom cover and supply and fixing new bottom cover with screw suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep of ceiling fan as per sample / size / make of fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Provn of machine work for fitting/fixing to bearing / bushes of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any make & size with grinding of shaft or sheets after brazing work with suitable size of metal rods for proper fixing / fitting and avoid to un wanted noise alcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Blade screw suitable for various sizes / make ceiling fan ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing & checking for safety of ceiling fanat Bldgs of various locations, taking down checking of rubber bush, nut, bolt and locking pin of ceiling hook of fan, down rod etc for safety to avoid fall down the ceiling fan and rectify by replacing new spare / componets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (1). Spares reqd to be replaced will be measured separatly. (2). Record of checking/serviceability of ceiling fan reqd to be maintained with user's signature.

Attending complaint of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan at various locations by replacing spare parts/complaints etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) The contractor or his representative will attand the office of the Engineer-in-Charge daily (working day) at 0930 hours to collect the complaint slip and will provide two mechnics for repair the fans and cost of the same is included in the quoted rate.The complaint will be completed/done within 24 hours from the time of issue of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 50/- per complaint per daywill be recovered from contractor due's and contractor will not have any claim on this account complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The point wiring with 2.5sqmm under the conduit is approximate 15mtr height from switches ( Poles of street light). (ii) The contractor should deploy experience labour with proper arrangement like ladder, tools etc as per site requirement. (iii) The contractor sholud provide all safety precaution to the labour during work. No extra payment is to be given on this account. (iv) The contractor should provide original purchase voucher, test certificate, lm-79 report from the manufacturer of LED light (v) There should be unconditional guarantee/warranty of LED fittings for minimum guarantee period of two years for which the contractor is liable. Supplying and fixing in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable 10 Sqmm solid conductor PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular including taking down old service wire of any type and section complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 18/20 watt Retro LED tube light fitting, wall/surface mounted, IP 20 protection, conforming to IS16106/IS16107, minimum 6000K batten decorative type 4 feet long polycarbonate body, white , in built LED driver, power factor >0.95, Make all as per Compton cat part No. DMLN1LT8-16( for batten) and Cat Paert No. LT8-20-865-2( for tube light) including 18/20 watt tube rod or equivalent model of any make given in Appendix 'B' of tender documents, Cat Part No. as approved by GE complete connecting to electric point by using PVC insulated twin core copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as plers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (PCC 1:2:4 B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for concrete pit including 10 mm thick PCC slab cover frame) depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point, all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I and testing on completion including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

S&F in repair GI tubing light grade 32 mm dia cut into suitable length including all fittings and fixtures for base of post top lantern etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair LED Post Top fitting of 15W, energy saving, environmental friendly, powder coated aluminium die cast and spun aluminum with clear/opal diffuser and suitable for landscape lighting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sample will be approved by GE from list of make attached in tender documents before bulk procurement.Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S & F in repair decorative garden light of height 2 to 3 feet which houses lamp holder for 1x11 W including LED bulb of 11W, energy saving, environmental friendly suitable for landscape lighting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sample will be approved by GE from list of make attached in tender documents before bulk procurement.Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
