Designing, Fabrication, Installation, testing & commissioning of control panel cum voltage stabilizer 20KVA capacity for up to 12HP capacity motor at Dugwell no.1 stage Zero.The unit shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet and should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation with suitable Locking/ Sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exist holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The unit should be given two coats of anti- Rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. It should be equipped with following components/ features: - MCCB :- The unit should be fitted with MCCB 100 Amp 25KA to protect the panel in case of any short circuit. VOLTMETER:-The unit should be fitted with voltmeter to show the voltage between phase to phase and between phase to neutral. AMPER METER:-The unit should be fitted with Amper Meter C.T operated to show the Amper between each phase. PHASE INDICATER:- It should be fitted with phase indicator R/Y/B to indicator the phase. STAR- DELTA STARTER:-The unit should be fitted with fully automatic start delta starter, comprising 2No. Contractor 50A (L&T Make) for main and delta supply and 1No contractor 45 Amp (L&T Make) for star operation, I No timer for change over the supply of motor from star to Delta, 2 No push buttons for stop and start operation of motor. 1No thermal relay.THERMAL RELAY:-It is a protective device which should be fitted in the panel to protect the motor from over load and under voltage. SINGLE PHASE PREVENTER:-It is also protective Device should be fitted in the panel to protect the motor from single phase and stop the operation of motor in case failure of any phase & made proper phase sequence. VOLTAGE STABILIZER :- The unit should be fitted with copper wound voltage stabilizer of 20KVA capacity, 415 volts AC 3phase, 50HZ for upto 25HP capacity motor having voltage range (155-415v+-1%) between phase to phase and (90-220v+-1%) between phase to neutral. The tank of voltage stabilizer shall be provided with first filling of fresh transformer oil. Testing and Commissioning of voltage stabilizer cum control panel by making connection to incoming terminals and outgoing terminal of unit. The job includes providing/ Laying/ fitting of suitable PVC copper conductor, cable as per required gauge and site requirement with properly thimbles at the ends. Testing the performance of the panel on no load and on full load. The job includes the cost of all types of material and labour charges. Complete job in all respect.

Construction of 50000 Glns Cap GSR round in shape with internal diameter of 10.20 mtrs and dome height of 5.55 mtrs from gsr bed inclusive of free board and dome curvature trench depth 2.40 mtrs in all kinds of soil including clearing jungle, uprooting of rank vegitation and earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches by manual means in sloping side around circumfrencial periferi of the structure of platform cutting in Renforced cement conc. mix 1:11/2:3 Bed Slab and Gola over and 1:2:4 mix Cement concrete in Beams, Slabs, Dome, Walls, arches etc. with standard specifications of mud mat 1:4:8 of thick ness 0.30 mtr and side drain in 1:3:6 mix with drain bed and ramp in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix and reinforcement @ 100kg/cum plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, flooring of plinth protection in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:4 mix on inside walling, fillet and bed and 15mm thick in 1:4 mix on walling outside, ring beam U/S, D/S and top dome, drain etc complete with admixtures including interconnection of pipelines from old GSR site with new storage structure, fittings, G.P Sheet strip water seal at construction joint and 1mm thick ms steel door with angle iron frame 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement having size 0.60x0.60 steel built-up sections and carriage of material including P/F 80mm dia G.I bends 06 nos ( complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete.

Construction of 10,000 Glns Cap GSR round shape with internal diameter of 4.80 mtrs and height of dome from bed slab as 4.95 mtrs upto curvature of the dome with 1:11/2:3 mix Reinforced cement concrete with reinforcement as per standarad norms in Bed Slab and Gola and 1:2:4 mix Cement concrete in Beams, Slabs, Dome, and 50mm thick flooring etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, fand cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:4 mix complete with admixtures, fittings, steel built-up sections and carriage inclusive of standard fitting like PVC plain bends, MS Plate with delivery ,distrinbution wash-out.(Complete Job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete.
