Providing corrugated GS. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2.

Providing and fixing of MS expanded metal mesh of 20x20mm size and 1.6mm thick for gabbles opening duly fixed on angle iron frame by electro welding including applying of approved steel primer complete.

Providing and fixing of coloured plain G.S Sheets for eves boarding 300mm wide one job includes cost of nuts, bolts, washers,scaffolding, handling charges and all sort of carriages upto the site of work.

Providing and fixing of coloured plain G.S coloured panel type sheets as soffit boarding. The job includes cost of nuts, bolts, washers, scaffolding, handling charges and all sorts of carriage upto the site of work.

Providing & laying of polymesh of standard make & quality during epoxy paint application including all sort of over lapping 10cm, the item including cost of ch emicals viz aquacrete three or more coats including cost of preparation surface.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing UV stabilized fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia GI plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabilizer in resin system under approximately 2400 psi & hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets & shall conform to IS: 10192 and IS: 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2mm thick corrugated (2.5"or 4.2"or 6") or step-down (2"or 3"or 6") as specified.
