SH-I: SITC of Split & Tower Ac's Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2 TR capacity Inverter Split Air Conditioners with Cu Coil for operation on 230V AC Supply, 5 Star BEE rating, suitable for wall mounting operation, fitted with rotary compressor, Copper refrigerent piping, drain piping, cabling, providing raised platform / powder coated MS stand for outdoor unit etc., as per Tender Specifications, Terms and Conditions, complete as required.(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

SITC of 4TR Tower/floor mounting type Air-Conditioner consisting of non-ductable (1 No.) type room (fan coil) unit with cord less remote controller and One number Outdoor unit comprising Cooper Condensing unit with fan and 4TR Scroll/Rotarycompressor,making required structures of suitable size MS stand/PCC work for indoor and Outdoor units as per site requirement i/c balancing of Liquid & Gas, Initial Gas charging the system with required quantity, Lifting / Shifting of Outdoor & Indoor units upto site location, suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 +/- 10%V, 50Hz AC supply etc. complete as required.(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

SITC of 4 TR Ceiling mounted Cassette Type Air Conditioner with referigerant gas etc shall be Fully assembled, wired , internally piped & tested with all accessories like IR module ,cordless remotes etc for units and 4TR Scroll/Rotarycompressor,making required structures of suitable size MS stand/PCC work for indoor and Outdoor units as per site requirement i/c balancing of Liquid & Gas, Initial Gas charging the system with required quantity, Lifting / Shifting of Outdoor & Indoor units upto site location, suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 +/- 10%V, 50Hz AC supply etc. complete as required. (As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Extra Copper Refriegerent Pipings (Supply & Return) and cabling beyond standard length with insulation suitable for Split & Tower type ACs upto 4 TR capacity, complete as required.(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Supply and fixing of OEM recommended copper refrigerent Piping(Liquid and Gas) with Nitrile Rubber insulation of thickness not less than 13mm and with all other accessories suitable for 3 phase, 4TR Ceiling mounted Cassete Type Air Conditioner , (Length of Liquid and gas line will be measured as single measurement).(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Extra PVC Drain Piping of suitable size with insulation beyond standard length for Split & Tower Acs upto 4 TR, complete as required.(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Supply, Laying and connecting of OEM recommended unarmoured multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size for 4TR Tower/floor mounting & 4 TR Cassete Type Air-Conditioner as per the site requirement etc., complete as required. (As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Supply and laying of PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed 4C X 4 Sq. MM muti core Copper Conductor unarmoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS:694 with upto date amendments on surface, cable tray, trech etc. complete as required.(As per AAI Approved Make list and Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 amps, 415 volts, TPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 30 amps "C" curve, TP MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections,testing and commisioning etc. as required

SH-II: SITC of Water Cooler's S.I.T.C. of floor mounted self contained drinking water cooler of 80 liters storage and 60 liters cooling capacity per hour with inbuilt RO + UV water purification system with filter catridge including sediment, activated carbon , UF, post carbon having full stainless steel body made of SS 304 material suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10%, 50Hz. Single Phase AC supply, R134a as Refrigerant, reciprocating compressor etc. i/c installation as per site requirement and making connections from existing water line to water cooler etc. as required as per EIC. (Make - Zero -B or its equivalent as per AAI approved make list). (Product Manufacture date should not be more than 1 year)
