Replacement of pump base frames , Reconditioning and commissioning of Horizontal 2 stage centrifugal Pumps (split casing) 500 HP I &II at New pump house Make/Manufacturer : M/s Mather and Platt Ltd Suction X Delivery : 11” x 9” Model : Medivane pump Charges to dismantle suction/Delivery lines, priming lines, pump, motor, electrical connections and corroded base frame from the foundation bed ,fabricate the new base frame size is 3.35 x 1.20 x 0.5 Meters to suit the pumpset , fix the newly fabricated base frame on the existing foundation with necessary foundation bolts including grouting work. As detailed in Schedule-A

Charges for Reconditioning with required spares parts for two pump assembly , replacing all the worn out parts in both pumps , assembling the pumps, install the pump set on the newly fabricated base frame and connect suction/delivery/priming lines ,Electrical lines ,Drive and Non-drive end gland packing to be changed, etc., check the alignment, testing for gland leaks and commissioning of pump set , painting base plate and pump set with one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats final epoxy base painting with colours mentioned below: Base pate and motor: Grey Pump: Yellow (All the required materials for the above work shall be arranged by the contractor as detailed in Schedule-A. Note: All work out wearing part to the replaced. Items like shaft, impeller it may be re-conditioned, if permissible.

As detailed in Schedule-A

As detailed in Schedule-A

Replacement of pump base plate, Reconditioning and commissioning of Horizontal Multistage centrifugal Pump 30 HP Make/Manufacturer : M/s Mather and platt Ltd Suction X Delivery : 2” x 1 1/2” Model : HS PLURO 9 CHR Charges to dismantle suction/Delivery lines, priming lines, pump, motor, electrical connections and corroded base plate from the foundation bed , fabricate the new base frame size is 1.40 x 0.55 x 0.15 Meters, fix the newly fabricated base plate on the existing foundation with necessary foundation bolts including grouting work., dismantling the pump assembly, replacing all the worn out parts in the pump, assembling the pump , carryout aligning, testing and commissioning of pump set, paint base plate and pump set with one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats final epoxy base painting with colours mentioned below: Base plate and motor: Grey and Pump: Yellow (All the required materials for the above work shall be arranged by the contractor as detailed in Schedule – A. Note: All work out wearing part to the replaced. Items like shaft, impeller it etc. be re-conditioned, if permissible.

Charges for removal of old removed materials from the site and transport to RSD yard of the Trust by their own arrangement viz. Transportation, cranes, etc. as detailed in Schedule-A. Note : Amount will be paid at actuals as per RSD indent quantity.
