S&F of centrifugal Monoblock pump set with motor, Single Phase, 230V, 5.3-2.25 LPS at 8-26 Mtr head system having capacity 5 HP, suction/delivery size 50x 40mm dia with all connected accessories all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Contractor has to deposited old pump set to MES store in custody of concerned JE. 2) Necessary fittings required for connection/header, foundation & shed for pumps is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement single phase Direct on line starter for monoblock pumpset of capacity 2 HP overload relay range 9-14 Amp.

S&F in replacement three phase Pre wired DOL starter for monoblock pumpset of of capacity 5 HP( 3.7 KW) sheet metal enclosed having relay range of 6-10Amp, 415Volts, with inbuilt: SPPR, current, voltage meter, & On/Off LED lamp indicator, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement three Phase Pre wired DOL starter for monoblock pumpset of capacity 10 HP ( 7.5 KW) sheet metal enclosed having relay range of 15-25Amp, 415Volts, with inbuilt: SPPR, current, voltage meter, & On/Off LED lamp indicator, complete all as specified & directed.

De-watering by using pump as required and , removal of mud and settled silt including scrapping of complete inner surface with the help of wire brush etc and therefore cleaning by water and bleaching of the following OH tank / UG sumps / Static Water tanks. And apply two coat of white wash to all internal surface of wall and two coat of colour wash to all external surface including top surface and painting to oblitering labels shall be not less than 60 x 40 cm using black paint to match with existing dimension and writing particulars such as capacity of sump, date/ due date of cleaning etc useing white paint including disposal of mud silt etc obtained after cleaning up to 50 m away complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for the following capacity of UG sumps:- Note: Rate includes for marking on tank, date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning.

All as per srl item No 6 but for Semi UG sump of capacity 50000 GLNS at Bani Camp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 6 but for Static Water Tank of capacity 20000 GLNS at Bani Camp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Testing of Raw Water/Treated water for bacteriological analysis, Chemical analysis, Arsenic presence test from any Govt. Approved/recognized Lab as approved by the GE. Note:- Contractor will be responsible to carry out the sample & submit report timely.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal /mono block pump set 20 HP, Opening the pump and re-fixing machining the pump shaft and shaft key ways, impeller shaft hole etc and replacing the key, impeller nut, gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
