Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth. 1 meter from cutting edge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundation,footring,bases for columns

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of site by employing labour/machinery, tool and tackle and leveling of ground by employing men and machinery for start of work. The job includes labour cost, hire charges of tools and tackles, machinery and taxes as applicable.

Providing and laying river bed material including loading unloading and watering after every layer of 30 cm. The compaction is to be done by manual mason Durmat (rammer). The rate includes supply and carriages and all forms of taxes.

Providing and laying dry stone agg using 40 mm nominal size aggregiate.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate
