Disconnecting existing tanks, setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconennecting and re-fixing in positing exc 250 Ltrs to 500 Ltrs.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removed to store, 15 mm dia bore.

Fixing only in steel tubing and connection 15 mm dia bore.

Supply and fixing for GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors.

Supply and fixing for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 500 ltrs.20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing on brick walls where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting n. exc. 10cm girth.

Material and labour for Cleaning and preparation of roof/wall (RCC/BRICK/tiles/Cement concrete) surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expansion/ contraction and repairing the cracks on the surface caused by thermal machine, filled with Repair Mortar/General purpose Grout in the proportions as recommended by manufacturer, supplying and applying High performance Hybrid Polyurea waterproofing coating spray/hand applied liquid membrane with following specifications: (a) Elongation of range 400% 600%. (b) Tensile strength of 8-12 N/mm2. (c) Crack bridging ability of 3.00-4.00mm. (d) Hardness (Shore ‘A’ ASTM D2240) of range 50-70.The application shall include final base preparation, epoxy primer application in rato 1.1 (resin: hardner) with 100% water dilution and application of Hybrid polyurea in two coats in 6 hrs interval to achieve total min thickness 1 to 1.50mm. The application/ treatment shall be carried out by authorized rep of approved specialist firm/manufacturer. Make- SIKA/FOSROC/Asian/MYK ARMENT Paints/Berger. Note:- The defect liability period of water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including sunken floor shall be 10 years and the contractor shall be responsible to keep the entire building(s) free From leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years after certified date of completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm engaged by him for the purpose.

Material and labour for Cleaning the surface and making free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated, thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expansion, contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in "v" groove filled with Repair mortar/micro concrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar(1:4 Cement: sand with acrylic polymer 3.5% by weight of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Waterproofing expansion joint by Providing and applying Thermoplastic Elastomer tape 200mm wide 1mm thick, a modified flexible TPE based root resistant membrance with chemical resistant. The tape system must be tensile strength >5N/mm2 according to ASTM D412; tear strength > 25N/mm according to ASTM D 624; elongation > 400% according to ASTM D 412; chemically resistant to several chemicals; passes low tempreature foldability at -40◦C according to ASTM C 1305; passes artificial weathering according to ASTM G 154. The tape must be capable of servicing a wide range of temperature of -40◦C to +80◦C. The tape, adhesive and repair mortar must by provided by same manufactuerer for full compatibility. The same is applied using epoxy adhesive of layer 2mm to prepared substateon both sides of joint and both ends of the tape embeded into the adhsive on a width of 38mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof cleaning by cutting or uprooting grass, vegetation and small plants etc from the roof/wall, including making good cement plaster/concrete surface as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for internal plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for external plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat alkali resistant priming paint on walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as speecified and directed

Supply and fixing for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified including dismantling.

Dismantling of wrought iron or MS work of any description

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.
