Screed Concrete for Slope Correction in Sunshades. Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarseaggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard settingof concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing,carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering. And finishing should be as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works above plinth and upto floor V leve:- l Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum

For Closing of Unwanted Openings in Cable Tray Entries, Fresh Air Grill, Exhaust Fans Etc. Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement Plastering in Fine Sand of 12 mm Thick with 1:4 ( 1 Cement and 4 Coarse Sand), height upto 10m from ground level.

For OutSide Openings to prevent entry of Rainwater Inside Station Premise. 18 mm thick plain cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand):Moulded Band

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 fine sand). For Crack Repair Contractor need to fix Chicken mesh Before taking up Plastering repair and making of Groove .

Applying one coat of water thinnable primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.- for Repair of walls where wall putty is completely removed.

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer with one coat of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces
