   Railway reserves the right to purchase Bulk Quantity from those sources who have been approved by Bureau of Indian Standards or its authorized dealers for the IS 2062:2011 or latest on or before the date of tender opening OR Firm should submit satisfactory past performance such as CRAC/CRN/R- note/RITES IC/TPI IC for same item or similar to Special bearing plate , failing which Railway reserve the rights to pass over the offer. Dealers/authorized Firm's quoting on behalf of the sources approved by the BIS shall enclose authorization/dealership certificate from OEM.Failing which Railway reserves the rights to ignore the offer.
