Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four M Sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Upto Basement

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement fiveM Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. Drilling of borewells of size 6” to 8” dia. in sedimentary formation using hand boreset including insertion of casing pipe etc., and supplying and packing of pebbles (Conveyance of hand bore set including loading and unloading to be done by the contractor)

Supply of the following casing pipes of ISI approved quality with wall thickness not less than 7.5mm to 8.5mm with PVC couplers and cement Paste etc. Complete and including packing the annular space with pebbles quality and size of pebbles and the PVC pipe should be approved by the departmental officer.
