Providing and installation of welded under Bench storage cabinet with Cam lock WFU 600-2S-635H having a size of 600x530x635x35mm high. The welded cabinet body will be of flush face construction with intersection of vertical and horizontal members like LH and RH side panel along with front horizontal channel, back panel and bottom panel. It will be relocated anywhere easily as it is an independent unit. Cabinet will be of square non sharp edge construction. Doors will be assembled with SS-304 hinge assembly. Removable back panel will be provided to easily access the service lines running behind the cabinet benches. Intermediate horizontal channels will be provided between door and drawer. Shelf will be eight bend panel with 20mm height. Drawer tray will be of single piece construction. Drawer will be well supported on LH and RH ball slide suspension system. Steel door and drawer front is of double wall construction with sound dampening material filled inside. Doors will be easily removable and hinges will be easily replaceable. Knee space panel will be in 22 gauge construction complete in all respect as per statisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Godrej / Waldnor / Kotterman make).

Providing and installation welded over head wall storage cabinet MT 900-2S-GS having a size of 900x635x340mm high. The construction will be the same as the under-bench cabinets. The height of these cabinets will be around 635mm while the depth will be around 340mm. the shutters will be available in two options: Metal shutters and Metal frame with inserted glass. There will be one height-adjustable shelf inside each cabinet. Other construction will be similar to under-bench cabinet complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Godrej / Waldnor / Kotterman make).

Providing. Installation and testing of planetary mixer made up of SS material food grade, automatic with bowl capacity of 25-30 ltrs, having three modes (slow, medium and fast) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, installation and testing of stabilizer 85-280V complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Godrej / Microtek / voltage make).

Providing, installation and testing of IFB built in oven 58 Ltrs complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, installation and testing of Sugarcane Juice extraction machine (Lab scale / table top) made up of stainless steel food grade 304 with a maximum recovery of juice in single press. The crushing capacity of 50KG/hr, provided with half of 1 HP motor. The roller of the machine should be made up of Food Grade SS304 with all the contact part should be of SS grade. The machine must be easy to operate and clean complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Polular steel / Kalsi make).
