Make of paint:-Asian , Berger, Durolux or equivalent as approved.

Taking down old unsv PCC poles and Supply and fixing Steel tubular poles, swaged type, 410-SP-31, 9m long with 300x300x6mm thick MS base plate continuously welded to pole with MS sheet 2mm thick plug welded at top, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces including painting up to 1.5 mtr height from ground level or above coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in 30cm strip, alternate balck & yellow starting with block at ground level, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured & paid separately)

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of poles etc including weathring, slightly rounded or chambered angle and throating, necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unsv flood lights from high mast light of any type and supply and fixing LED flood light of capacity 100 watt IP 66 Lumainire with aluminium die cast housing toughened glass and unique lens system for enhancement illumination with all accessories, complete all as specified. Make Wipro cat part No LF20-122-060-57-G2 or its equivalent in specification of make phillips, Oshram,wipro, GE as approved.

Taking down 60 HP 3 phase 415 volt capacity motor from base plate/pump after disconnecting, and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/guage and weight including replacement of insulation material ,varnish,bearing,connection plate and all other petty items required to make motor functional and reassembling the motor incl installation,commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20 HP 3 phase 415 volt capacity motor from base plate/pump after disconnecting, and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/guage and weight including replacement of insulation material ,varnish,bearing,connection plate and all other petty items required to motor functional and reassembling the motor incl installation,commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing Acrylic sheet display board frame size 3 ft x 2 ft showing schematic diagram of electric/water supply distribution network as sketch provided to be fixed on walls in installation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT Panel Board, indoor type of suitable size as per relevent IS, mounted on angle iron legs of size 40x40x6mm embedded in PCC 1:2:4 block type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) at pump house, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, factory made (CPRI approved), fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50HZ AC Supply, busbar chamber with aluminum busbar of suitable amp rating for 3 Phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour, supported on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth bus bars of 25mm x 4mm at bottom inside panel board with two earth terminal out side panel board, cable alley cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour all as specified & directed,The panel should be IS/IEC 61439-I- TTA. Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation of laying cable including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed .

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class 'B' (Old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length brick complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and fixing of Double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE tubing 65 mm bore for open/underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc/cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/drainage rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The insulation of DWC pipe should be of high that does not deteriorate with UV rays/ heavy sun rays/winter season etc. (c) Drawing existing cable through DWC pipe shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Taking down old unsv sluice valve and Supply and fixing ball valve having SS ball with both CI end flanged,ISI marked, with nuts,bolts and washers and rubber gaskets with stainless steel handle over PVC coating complete all as specified and directed for following bore pipe:-

Taking out old unsv Ball valve and supply and fixing for ball brass valves,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete of sizes :- Make- BIR,Zoloto,leader as approved.

Supply and fixing Glow sign board made of acrylic sheet reactangular shape having lighting arrangement of superior quality of size 5'x2'x8" showing installation Nomenclature as approved marked all as specified and directed. Note: Installation line diagram to be enfaced will be approved by AGE E/M and no extra will be paid of any addition and alteration of words or marking of colours.

Fabrication of angle stand made of angle size 50x50x6mm for Glow sign board, incl jointing with Tees,incl PCC in 1:2:4 (Type B-1) as in blocks for embedding Angle all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil n exc averaging 15cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegitation growth in and around the area of installations/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipe line route if required etc all as specified and directed.
