Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable rusted GI water mains and removal complete all as specified and as directed:-
50mm dia bore
80mm dia bore
100mm dia bore
150mm dia bore
Supply and fixing GI tubing medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground/floor including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees bends etc and short length complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge for following sizes:-
50mm dia bore
80mm dia bore
100mm dia bore
Supply and lay on ground/floor/trench, HDPE pipe of size 160mm dia OD, PN-6, PE-100, Mild steel metal flanges on both side complete with gasket, bolt, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Necessary fittings and Tansportation to the site New Cantt must be included in unit rate complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing supports, back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat on finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/repairs to pipe line and getting out in any soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Returning anf filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in supporting pillar/block including necessary form work as required complete for resting GI Pipes
