SR to R.I. office at Digsira under Titilagarh block for the year 2025-26

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting Two Coats with Enamel Paint over a coat of primer over the wood work / iron work surface including cost of Paints, brushes etc. including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Supplying and applying weather coat on out walls two coats with any approved shade of weather coat of I.S.I mark including cost of weather cost etc complete.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3cm in depth etc complete as per the direction of the E.I.C

Filling foundation and plinth with sand,well watering including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes all labour T&P complete.

Supplying and fixing of pre cast inter locking concrete block 80mm thick with crushing strength as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 of MORTH and specification 6919-11-1986 with all cost of materials, labour, carriage etc complete (data for 225 sqm)

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete

Supplying of M.S. Window Grills / Gates/Angle/square pipe as per approved design including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC

C.C (1:3:6) using 40 mm hg metal in foundation

C.C (1:1.5:3) using 20mm down graded

Labour for fixing G.C.I Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc complete.

Clearing and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m out side the perihery of the area as per Technical specification Clause 201 of of MORD by manual means as per the direction E. I . C.
