Demolition of (reinforced) cement concrete in upto 04 storey (like chajjas/coping/canopy/RCC water tank) and n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level (reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing the demolished materials all as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling/base of floor complete.

Taking Down cement plaster on brick walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 2% by wt of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (integral water proofing compound take separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling complete as all spfd.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper on walls and making the surfaces smooth & uniform complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing of existing finishes/ treatment including washing down prepared the wall surfaces for applying one coat of acrylic distempering over wall putty as directed.

M & L for 1.00 mm thick birla white putty/JK white wall care putty in two layers on walls and making the surfaces smooth & uniform complete all as directed by Engr -In - Charge.

M&L two coats of distemper with acrylic distemper in ceiling care in two layers and making the surfaces smooth & uniform including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L one coats of distemper with acrylic distemper in newly plastered ceiling care in two layers and making the surfaces smooth & uniform including removing existing treatment all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coat of cement paint on projected portion to wall over on external surfaces of new plastered/concrete all as directed by Engr-In Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement paint on projected portion to wall over on external surfaces of old plastered/concrete all as directed by Engr-In Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plaster 15 mm thick in one layer CM(1:4) on concrete surface over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for approachable roof: (i) Cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including sider lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification complete as specified and directed.

M & L coloured Non Skid ceramic coloured jointless tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6.including taking down existing tiles. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M & L coloured digital Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces area of each tiles not exceeding 600 x 300 sqm x 7-8 mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing for tiles incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

S & F as in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, but excuding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete. Make : Jaguar/Hindware/Kohler

S & F of 10 litre PVC valveless, syphonic action type, Dual type flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets (Make:- Jaguar/ Hindware /Commander)

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 630 x 450mm including CP pillar taps, fancy type, swan neck long neck, waste pipe, waste coupling, chain & plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets or fixed to walls with anchor fastners all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings including floor tiles n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or walls of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
