Terrace flooring (weathering course) with one course of pressed tiles 200x200x20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thk. mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar over a bed of 80mm thick concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, , curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for old ceiling & inner wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old wall / wood surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
