Advance patchwork for making up the undulation in the existing B.T. Surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Providing and laying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying bituminoua concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
