Raising and Re-Construction of Paver Footpath around the Parks in Pocket-B, Sector 38-West, Chandigarh (MDF)

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.DSR 16.82

Taking out existing PCC tiles/ CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DSR 16.83

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR ref. 16.85

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete Channel of size 2'-0" x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR ref. 16.85

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (DSR 4.1.10)

Laying old interlocking paver block of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of material (1.1) By Mechanical Transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry and dispose the building rubbish/malba/dismatled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 14km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge
