PROVISION OF KITCHEN CABINET AT CERTAIN SMQS AT SOUTH CAMP AND HAPPY HOME AT AF STN BAMRAULI UNDER GE AF BAMRAULI

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams columns in floor roof landing balcones canopies deck slab shelves and the like such as kitchen slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab landing and similar work such as kitchen slab not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite slab work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms including skirting and like in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including rounded/half rounded edge and hole for gas pipe in slab as well as stone slab in cooking platform, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white color board for backing of cup boards and bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc. of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/ mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws etc, complete all as specified and directed of Engineer-InCharge.

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board one side white color and other side of board laminted with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thickness of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive for cup boards, work stations and bathroom/ kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed of Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Concealed Hinges, SS Handle & Magnetic catcher shall be measured and paid seperately.

Providing and fixing of magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard/ wardrobe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc complete with double strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of stainless steel auto closing hinges openable at 0 degree for kitchen cabinet shutters. complete as per specifications and as directed by the engineer - in -charge.
