S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and washers, with and including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting with trussed purlins, any gauge, thickness in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge, valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws and washers, including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, rafters, struts (beam, tee, angle, channel, hollow sections or flat sections including wind ties, distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410-W Gde E - 250 quality 'B', complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C1 [1:3:6] using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished plain fair faces, with and including demolition of existing cement concrete [unreinforced] in ground floors and paving's n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Composite Pannel board of 4mm thick, comprising of a core containing not less than 70% non combustible mineral filling, sandwiched between two skins of 0.50mm thick aluminium alloy PERALUMAN-100 of weight not less than 7.6kg/Sqm, with all sub structures, anchors, hardware and all fittings, fixed over and including aluminium section of size 35x25x2mm and 1.0m x 0.30m panel with and including necessary frame work, screwing & scaffolding, fixed with screws / nails, with and including dismantling existing u/s boarding of any description, complete all as specified. Note: Measurements shall be taken as flat as fixed without any allowance for laps.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and applying a coat of wall care putty with and including preparation of old surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss nad efforescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with and including preparation of old surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as in all kind of soil, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type soil, complete all as specified. [Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.]

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4, as in retaining walls, abutments and similar works using best local stone, (excluding best local slate stone), in any position & location, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. Note: Each line of wire to be measured

S&F Concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia, made out of 2.6mm hot dip prime GI high carbon core wire, with coils not less than 51 turns for an effective stretched length of 6m with 2 handles, with and including anticorrosive bitumen paint coated (black colour), complete all as per IS : 4454 Part-I, fixed at any height of security wall with necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified. Note: Each coil shall have minimum 51 turns & shall be stretched up to 6m length only.

S&F Mild steel work fixed independently as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, with and including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming jambs etc., to openings including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing in Cement Mortar 1:4, including making good to match existing work, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
