Note : (a) Uniform for all deployed staff in duty supervisor as approved by GE. (b) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (c) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (d) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (e) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (f) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (g) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (h) Complaint registered upto 11:00AM & emergency complaint to be attended same day. (j) Complaint Team consist of 02 Electrician alongwith reqd helpers.

Taking down carefully detoriated point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC Casing caping of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement , ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

(a) One light point controlled by one switch SP one way.

(b) One ceiling fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(c) One exhaust fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(f) One bell point controlled by one bell push 5 Amps.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 5Amps on independant board.

(e) One 3 pin socket outlet 5Amps on same board with other switches.

Material and Labour point wiring for Geyser /AC complete with 4 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement, ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes / modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 4 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No 4 above but for point wiring for 15 Amps socket complete with 2.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular Switch, 6Amp, One way, 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Modular type bell push , 6Amp, 1 module, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Bell electric AC 230Volt single pole musical type, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix support function blank plate single, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular type, electronic fan regulator (5 step), 450 Watts, 230 volts, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite with ISI mark, flush type with ISI mark three terminals complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Modular Socket oulet, 6 Amps, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module.

Supply and fix Modular Socket oulet, 6/16 Amps, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix Modular white cover plate with Frame 2 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Polymer extruded channel, with opaque diffuser for glare free light 1x18/20 WH 04 feet long accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Polymer extruded channel, with opaque diffuser for glare free light 1x10 WH 02 feet long accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Plug and Socket enclosure, in sheet metal enclosure with MCB, SP 20 Amps 240 Volts complete with metal clad socket for window type air conditioners or geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable submain cable of any size and capacity and finishing wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. [Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM. (ii) Each submain wiring shall run in seperate PVC casing caping]

All as per item No 30 but 6 Sqmm sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure 12 way Double door type having protection IP-42, with 200 Amps rated bus bar connecting with existing wiring circuits by providing copper pin terminals of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure 8 way Double door type having protection IP-42, with 200 Amps rated bus bar connecting with existing wiring circuits by providing copper pin terminals of suitable size complete all as directed.

S&F MCB SPN (DP) 40 to 63 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F MCB TPN (four pole) 40 to 100 Amps, 240 Volts, C curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning all dust, filling cavities with filler, prepartation of surfaces, painting of ceiling fans , in situ with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of unserviceable ceiling fans lot size 1200/1400 sweep with approved copper enamalled wire of suitable guage, varnishing, replacing existing split/ quarter pins, rubber bush, capacitor 2.5 Mfd and including taking down and refixing in exsiting position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for rewinding of unserviceable exhaust fans lot size 225/300/450/630mm sweep with approved copper enamalled wire of suitable guage, varnishing, replacing existing nut bolts pins, rubber bush, capacitor , bearing ,m bush, frastner etc and including taking down and refixing in exsiting position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Capacitor 2.5Mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED lamp suitable for 14 watts, 240 volts, single phase, 50 Hz, Lumen 1450 AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repair for Lamp holder, PVC /Polycarbonate type with cord grip cap suitable for pendant fittings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI strip 32/6 for building earthing and sadling in high rise bldg wall (G+ 15 floor), cable trench, building cable duct from the LT panel to DB up to height of 50 RM from ground and fix properly all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable light and Supply and fixing Ceiling light 36 WATT 2 ft X 2 ft Recess mounting led ultra slimceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser.LED ultra slim panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stopping the leakage of the geyser of any capaciry by applying brazing to inner tank and refixing the inner tank after making it functional all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. [Note : Adequate water pressure will be apply to the brazed tank to ensure that no leakage is left if the tank leaked the same will be repaired by the contractor witout claiming any additional cost from the department.]

S&F in replacement of heating element as required at site of 1.5 KW ISI marked as required at site and approved by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix hot water extension pipe made out of copper chromium plated 450 mm long with brass adaptor and fixing in position complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement hot water PVC pipe 15 mm bore with all fittings as required at site i.e. elbow,socket,nipple reducer & union as required for plumbing work and making connection as required at site all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. [Note: Rate quoted shall also include the plumber work as per site requirements.]

S&F in replacement of top plug 15 Amp 3 pin complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater,instant type steel body with copper inner tank testing and commissioning of water heater (geyser) vertical type of 03 Ltrs capacity , single phase, vertical type, Rust Resistant, ABS made with thermal cut off with power consumption 3000 watts, ISI marked, BEE 5 star rating including fixing on wall with chroumium plated screws & nut bolts connected to existing water and electric connection complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement indicating lamp green/red in colour 230 volts complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & Fixing 3 inch / 4 inch long 12 mm to 20 mm dia fastner including bolt , pin , washer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Checking serviceability of all geyser in each quarter and checking fastner nut, bolts, pins indicator lamps , NRV, thermostate , thermal cut out etc are in healthy condition If any problem in any items will be note down by electrician and informed concerned JE E/M and rectify the problem next day complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair Linear Aluminium Battern, inbuilt sensor based on smart LED auto dimmable from 100% of rated wattage to 30% on sensing of movement/occupancy, baten 10W Aluminium Extruded Chanel Powder Coated with opaque diffuser for glare free light complete with accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified.
