S&F GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 605mm x 605mm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner 'T' of size 24mm x 32mm and 0.3mm thick , Secondary runner 'T' of size 24mmx25mm and 0.3mm thick,GI angle 24mmx24mm and 0.4mm thick,Bottom exposed capping of width 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zink coating not less than 120gm / Sqm ,ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI wire hanging from existing purlins /roof slab with butterfly clips including Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 x 9 mm laminated with 0.07 mm thick polyvinyl film on the face side and 10 micron metalized polyester film on the back side fixed on GI snap grid complete all as specified and directed ..

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches & pillars etc of any description and in any position and removing unserviceable material from work site to outside defence premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No -04 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & from ground floor to 4th floor and removing the rubbish from the work site to outside defence premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all s specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coats of wall care putty 1 to 2 mm thick each and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices, ceiling etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots,rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper including making good uneven surface/holes with wall care putty where ever required complete all as specified and directed.
