M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description on walls, roof projections, facias, cornices etc by scraping with mechanical sander having mechnical vaccum mechanism with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying a layer of wall care putty min 1 mm thick (exterior/interior as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistanceas per IS-15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon adhesives @ 1.43 Ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Ltr/10 Sqm, primer and emulsion paint to be applied through airless spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on prepared surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, oil bound distemper to be applied by authorised applicator of the manufacturer through airless spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old plastered / un-plastered surfaces / previously treated surfaces of chajjas edges / facia / borders / parapets and the like by removing all dust dirt and loose scales of existing finish and other foreign matter, removing oil and grease marks including growth of moulds, moss complete including making good the damaged edges, corners, facias etc in cement mortar (1:3), finishing the surfaces even & smooth using putty and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing old wooden surfaces of any description width or girth including one coat of wood filler, cleaning and applying one or more coat of french polish to give glossy finish complete all as specified and directed. Note 1.00 to 21.00 : (a) Contractor will procured the approved materials (premium quality) and deposited to MES store and will be issued to contractor by concern JE on requirement basis. (b) Engr-in-Charge approval in token satisfaction shall be obtained by Contractor before appying finishing coat. (c ) Scaffolding upto G+2 buildings deemed be included in quoted rate and no extra will be paid on his acount.
