Attending urgent maintenance works in Government Primary Schools located in Ariyankuppam, Bahour and Nettapakkam Communes and partly in Puducherry Municipality area during the year 2022-23.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , not exceeding 80mm dia

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement - 20mm cement plaster

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade – Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I.wheel of approved quality (Screwed end) - 25mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality , high or low pressure , with plastic floats complete - 25mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour - 15mm nominal bore, 86 mm long , weighing not less than 88gms.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo - posts of 4m over all length (3.0m height + 0.5 m projection + 0.5 into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts with 0.5 m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1 m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3 m and lenghth of 1 m).
