HIGH SIDE EQUIPMENT
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy duty C class Piping (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting but excluding valves, strainer, gauges etc.). The pipe of size 150mm & below shall be M.S.'C' class as per IS 1239 and pipe size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS:3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S sheet for pipes upto 350mm dia. The Pipe surface to be clean with wire brushing throughly before applying two coats of Zinc Chromate primer. Pipe should include, Bends, Elbows, TEE joints, Tapping, Flanges, reducers and there fabrication with Nut bolts washers, gaskets and fitting of valves and all accessories etc. Piping should also include Puff supports, and necessary support required etc.
Supply& Installation of Chilled water piping Insulation of 32 mm thk Puf Insulation f Density Not less than 40Kg/m3. The insulation shall be available in self-seal (pre-slit and pre-glued) pre-formed tube type for pipe diameter upto 4 inches. For pipe diameters above 4 inches factory-cut sheet insulation to match the pipe OD should be used. The Adhesive to be used as recommended by Manufacturer. The Application will be executed strictly as Specified by manufacturer. The Insulated Pipe shall be with 26 gauge aluminium Cladding. (Vendor to verify site length and Insulation suitable for Chilled water service) All the Chilled water valves and Accessories to be provided with insulation.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Prefabricated Ducting in L types. ( Prefabricating Ducting means duct fabrication on CNC machines ) Ducting will have M.S. Angle Flanges with Food Grade Epoxy based primer, followed by Food Grade epoxy black colour, with Food Grade Rubber Gasket 5mm EPDM to be used between MS flange. Validation of HVAC System as per WHO TRS/ISO 14644 Guidelines Air Balancing, ACPH/Return CFM/Supply CFM/Fresh air CFM/Bleed CFM, HEPA integrity test, Particle count, Recovery test, Airflow pattern recording, Temp and RH Monitoring for Continuous 3 days with data loggers and any other test as per client requirement or as per guidelines. Vendor to follow the Clients protocol to carry out the validation of the Systems.Blow down of AHU will be part of validation scope. Lot should be for Total Area of Ground and first floor, in case of phase wise construction the Lot should be considered complete after final phase and that should be Ground and first floor completion.

Glazing, doors, return air riser systems, process utility piping and electrical equipment shall be easily integrated in modules. Note:- There should not be any horizontal joint in wall panels of rooms irrespective of variable room height

Ceiling Panel-Walkable Type SITC of Non Progressive Prefabricated factory-made sandwich Ceiling panels laminated with 0.8 mm thick cold rolled powder coated GI sheets on both sides and with necessary flashings and suspension members for erecting the panels at desired levels. PUF insulation as core insulation material with density of minimum 40 kg/m³ for PUF and overall thickness of 50 mm approx., complete with panel to panel joining arrangement, necessary channels and flashings for fixing panels on the wall panels. GI Profile along the preiphery for panel reinforcement. Minimum width of standard panel should be not less than 980 mm. The panels will be supplied in color or as per client’s requirement shade as per RAL codes and with peel off film, the peel off film will be removed after installation and all joints finished with silicon sealant application using masking tape. Cost should include necessary suspension for ceiling, hanging arrangements, bolts, rods etc. Necessary cut-out for HVAC, light & other utilities will be covered with capping / flashing. (Load carrying capacity-250 kg/m2) All supports will be clamp type to suspension grid.
Coving
SITC of of 65 x 65 mm Aluminium Coving with polyester powder coated finish and air tight with sealant at wall to wall and wall to ceiling location. Colour of coving should match the colour of wall and ceiling panel. Note : In case of SS 304 panels coving wall to wall and wall to ceiling coving should be of SS 304.

Vision Panel:
SITC of View panels should be factory assembled, flush to the wall on both side with double toughened factory made glass. Double Glazed Glass Panel with flush design with 6 mm thick toughened clear glass fixed in panel with 3M or equivalent make both side Adhesive Tape (black) over Aluminium polyester powder coated frame width to match wall thickness with silica gel desiccant arrangement and made air tight with Silicon sealant and all necessary arrangement. Sizes of the View panel for partition wall, the view panel size will be as per BOQ. Glazing will hold in place by extruded aluminium frame and silicon gasket and Food grade. Extruded aluminium frame thickness will vary as per single and double wall panel. Inbuilt Return Air Riser
SITC of Modular Panels with Inbuilt risers will not be measured separately. They are measured in wall partition quantity. In wall partition inbuilt riser to be created. The return air riser will be fabricated from 20 G powder coated GI sheets capping on either side. The riser shall be provided with four side bevelled SS 304 Perforated Grill. Perforated sheet to be fixed on the wall panel by the magnetic locks (4-6 Nos). The magnetic locks are fixed to the riser frame with SS 304 screws. The perforated sheet will be supported on the wall panels itself. The bottom edge of the suction grill of return air riser will be 100 mm above the finished floor level. Necessary stiffeners / supports shall be provided within to avoid buckling of the riser panels. Riser duct should extend 200 mm above ceiling with 32 mm flange suitable for top / side connection.
SS 304 perforated sheet of 1.20 mm thick with 65% perforation area, magnetic latch arrangement,ceiling operated damper and 200 mm extended riser height above top side of the ceiling for duct connection with mating flange.
