2 MR-2 Providing and spreading non-metallic, ready-to-use, factory-blended dry shake floor hardener conforming to IS 1237:2012 and of approved make, containing specially graded mineral aggregates, cement, and performance-enhancing additives, over freshly laid concrete surface by manual or mechanical means at the specified rate. The material shall be applied in two stages (broadcasting and trowelling) and thoroughly worked into the surface using mechanical trowels or hand floats to ensure full bonding with the base concrete. The minimum application rate shall be 4.5 kg/sqm for light to medium-duty floors and 6.0 kg/sqm for heavy-duty floors, unless otherwise specified in the technical specification of the contract or directed by Engineer in charge in writing. 23246 kg 16.6
The item includes supply of material, surface preparation, application, finishing, curing, protection, and all labour, tools, equipment, and consumables required to complete the work in all respects as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Payment shall be made on the basis of the actual quantity of floor hardener consumed at site, as verified from manufacturer’s supply invoices and usage records. No extra payment shall be admissible if the manufacturer recommends a quantity higher than the specified minimum rate, unless approved in the technical specifications or instructed in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge.
3 MR-3 Providing and laying a single layer of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) sheet of 200 micron thickness (800 gauge), of approved quality and make, over the compacted sub-base as a moisture barrier below concrete flooring. The sheet shall be laid continuously with joints overlapped by a minimum of 150 mm in the longitudinal direction and 300 mm in the transverse direction, and the overlaps shall be sealed with adhesive tape or heat welded as per site conditions to ensure a continuous barrier. The sheet shall be free from tears, pinholes, or wrinkles and shall be protected from damage during concrete pouring operations. 3796.36 sqm 57.05
The item includes supply of LDPE sheet, joint treatment, laying, trimming, fixing, sealing of overlaps, labour, tools, and all materials required to complete the work in all respects as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
4 MR-4 Providing and laying high-precision industrial concrete flooring using laser-guided screed technology for achieving surface tolerances conforming to FM2 classification of TR34 (4th Edition), including surface levelling and compaction using Somero S-158C Laser Screed (USA) or equivalent, laying in large panel construction with workable Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of slump 140–150 mm at site. The concrete surface shall be compacted and finished using ride-on power trowels, bump cutters, and check rods to achieve the specified flatness and levelness. The work shall include supply and use of all necessary tools and equipment including beam screeds, steel L-angle formwork, imported hand tools, and specialised panel-forming systems. Immediately after finishing, initial curing shall be carried out by spraying water followed by the provision and laying of polyethylene curing sheets of minimum 125 micron thickness, placed with proper overlap and sealing, and maintained in position for a minimum period of 10 days. 3796.36 sqm 233.95
Scope includes conducting third-party FM2 tolerance verification survey using calibrated electronic floor profiler (Dipstick 2285 or equivalent), generating reports of flatness/levelness readings as per TR34 (4th Edition) requirements at 300 mm intervals. Reports to be submitted in soft and hard copy to Engineer-in-Charge. Rates Includes all agency charges, equipment, manpower, and coordination. Third-party floor profile survey shall be carried out by agency independent of the floor execution agency and shall be appointed only with approval of Engineer in charge.
The item rates includes all labour, materials, equipment, machinery, consumables, tools, supervision, third party survey & quality testing and quality control required to complete the work in all respects, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: The laser screed concrete flooring work shall be carried out only by a specialised agency having a proven track record in executing FM2-grade industrial flooring works conforming to TR34 (4th Edition). The proposed flooring applicator shall have successfully executed a minimum of three similar FM2 or higher-grade flooring works using laser screed technology within the last five years, in warehouses or similar industrial sheds, with each project having a floor area not less than 50% of the area under the scope of this item. The contractor shall submit credentials of the proposed flooring agency including work orders, completion certificates, list of key equipment (such as Somero Laser Screed S-158C or equivalent, ride-on trowels, bump cutters, and Dipstick 2285 or equivalent profiler), skilled manpower, and manufacturer’s authorization or certification, if available. Appointment of the flooring agency shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any floor laid by an unapproved or technically unqualified agency shall be liable for rejection and shall be re-executed at the risk and cost of the contractor.
Note: Scope also includes Providing and executing a mock-up concrete floor panel (minimum 4 m × 4 m) using all specified materials (RMC, laser screed, dry shake hardener, densifier, curing, joints, fibers), to demonstrate finish quality, equipment, and methodology. Work to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before proceeding with main work. NO payment shall be done in case of rejection.
5 MR-5 Providing and fixing diamond-shaped dowel plates of 6 mm thick mild steel, 100 mm × 100 mm in size, placed at 450 mm centre-to-centre spacing across construction joints to allow controlled movement and load transfer, including fabrication, accurate placement using dowel chairs or cages, and provision of PVC sleeves or de-bonding caps at one end to facilitate longitudinal movement. 679 No. 220.8
Dowel plates shall be installed precisely in the middle-third depth of the slab and aligned horizontally with ±2 mm tolerance. The non-bonded (free) end shall be provided with PVC sleeve or de-bonding compound to ensure unrestrained longitudinal movement during contraction/expansion. All dowel setting fixtures shall be removed only after concrete has achieved initial set, and joint opening must be preserved as per specification.
Scope of The work includes cutting and fixing in proper alignment as per approved joint drawings, ensuring level and parallel positioning to avoid joint locking or edge damage, and all tools, labour, materials, welding/tack work (if required), handling, and installation complete as per manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
6 MR-6 Providing and sealing control and construction joints in industrial concrete flooring after Cutting such joints in concrete slab using diamond blade saw to required depth and width (typically 5 mm wide × 40–50 mm deep or as given in engineering drawings), cleaning the groove with air compressor, and disposal of slurry and debris, complete as per industry best practices and filling the top 10 mm of the groove with polyurethane (PU) based elastic sealant of Shore A Hardness 28–45, conforming to ASTM C920 / ISO 11600, such as DCP / BASF MasterFlex 474 / Sika / Fosroc or equivalent, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The lower portion of the joint shall be filled with a compressible closed-cell polyethylene backer rod of suitable diameter to ensure correct joint geometry and prevent three-sided adhesion. The item includes groove cutting, surface preparation, backer rod installation, sealant filling, masking, finishing, removal of excess material, tools, equipment, cleaning, protection, and disposal of waste, complete in all respects as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2524 rmt 179.25
Note: All joints shall be cut to the width and depth specified in approved flooring drawings. Sealant application shall be done only after joints are completely dry and free from laitance, oil, dust, or moisture. PU sealant shall be installed by trained applicators using appropriate manual or pneumatic gun systems. Primer (if required by manufacturer) shall be applied prior to sealant installation. Any failed, bubbled, or debonded sealant shall be removed and re-applied at the contractor’s risk and cost.
7 MR-7 Providing and fixing isolation joints at wall–slab and column–slab interfaces by supplying and placing 10 mm thick closed-cell compressible filler board (for walls) and 20 mm thick board (for columns), of approved make and material, to act as a separation barrier between the concrete floor slab and adjacent vertical elements. The work includes cutting and cleaning of the top 10 mm of the joint after curing, followed by filling with polysulphide-based elastomeric joint sealant of Shore A hardness 15–20, conforming to BS 4254 / ASTM C920, such as Sika / Fosroc or equivalent, all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes all labour, equipment, surface preparation, masking, sealant application using manual or pneumatic gun, finishing, removal of masking, cleaning, and protection until acceptance. 514.76 metre 193.1
Note: Isolation joint filler shall be placed firmly against the structural face prior to floor concreting. Sealant shall be installed only after full curing of the slab, using compatible primer where recommended by the manufacturer. All joint surfaces shall be free of laitance, dust, and moisture. Polysulphide sealant shall be applied in a uniform, bubble-free manner with neat finishing and proper tooling to ensure complete sealing and long-term flexibility. Any rejected or debonded portion shall be re-executed at the contractor’s cost.
8 MR-8 Providing and applying floor hardening, densification, dustproofing, abrasion resistance and burnishing treatment over concrete flooring using lithium silicate-based densifier conforming to ASTM C779/C779M and ASTM C805, including surface cleaning, drying and preparation to remove laitance, application of minimum two to three coats of ready-to-use densifier such as Euco Diamond Hard (Euclid Chemical, USA) / Densi Hard / MasterHard / Lizo-C / Concast Densi Hard / CureHard 24 (Sika) or equivalent, as per manufacturer’s technical guidelines and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include polishing of the floor using approved diamond polishing grits in sequential order — starting from 60 or 100 grit (depending on surface), followed by 200, 400, 800, 1500 and final polishing using 3000 grit diamond pads — to achieve a smooth, semi-glossy finish as specified. All labour, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, cleaning, protection, and testing required for completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the item. Densifier shall be lithium silicate-based of approved make such as MYK / Tremco / AmeriPolish / Pidilite or equivalent. 3796.36 sqm 277
NOTE: The application of the floor densifier and polishing system shall be carried out only by a specialist agency having proven expertise in executing industrial-grade floor densification works using lithium silicate-based chemicals and diamond polishing systems, specifically for FM2-grade or equivalent warehouse flooring. The contractor shall submit credentials of the proposed applicator including details of similar completed works, equipment proposed (e.g., planetary grinders, auto-scrubbers, etc.), trained manpower, and authorization or certification from the densifier manufacturer. The agency shall be appointed only after approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any application done by unapproved or under-qualified agencies shall be liable for rejection at the contractor’s risk and cost. All workmanship shall conform to the latest manufacturer’s application guidelines and be subject to quality checks and finish inspection prior to acceptance.
9 MR-9 Providing, fabricating, supplying, and fixing of high-performance factory-finished motorised rolling shutter of approved make, suitable for industrial use at warehouse loading bays, having clear opening size of 3.0 m width × 3.5 m height, fabricated from pre-galvanised steel slats (GI coating ≥120 GSM) of minimum 0.91 mm total coated thickness (TCT), cold rolled and roll-formed to double-wall interlocking profile design, powder coated with oven-baked polyester coating of minimum 60 microns in RAL 9002 or equivalent shade, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term performance. 378 Each 10653.05
The shutter shall be integrated with high-performance tubular motorized drive unit of capacity not less than 300 Nm, complete with electric limit switches, push-button control, and emergency manual override system (hand chain or crank). The system shall include shutter coil cover hood, vertical side guides, wind locks (for height >3.0 m), bottom safety edge with EPDM rubber sealing strip of minimum 5 mm thickness (UV-resistant and continuous across full width), shutter anchorage frame, and all necessary fasteners and supports to ensure secure, smooth and watertight operation.
All components including motor, gearbox, slats, guides, control panel, and accessories shall carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer's product warranty. The motor control panel shall be IP55/IP65 rated, and suitable for heavy-duty use in industrial environments. Note: The shutter shall be supplied with a factory-installed EPDM rubber bottom sealing strip, securely fixed inside the shutter’s bottom rail, to ensure full sealing between the shutter and floor when closed. This seal must be continuous, UV-resistant, flexible, and replaceable.
70% of item rate shall be released after satisfactory supply and stacking of all components in CW campus, along with submission of Third-Party Lab Test Reports, Manufacturer's Test Certificates (for GI coil and powder coating), and Indemnity Bond.
Balance 30% shall be paid after successful installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of shutter system as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
10 MR-10 Providing and fixing heavy-duty solid moulded rubber dock bumpers/fenders of size not less than 450 mm (length) × 250 mm (height) × 100 mm (thickness), manufactured from a high-grade blend of natural and synthetic rubber, vulcanized under high pressure to ensure resistance against deformation, ozone, UV radiation, oil, and weathering. The bumpers shall have a minimum Shore A hardness of 70 ± 5 and tensile strength of at least 10 MPa, confirming to relevant ASTM standards. Each bumper shall be factory-moulded with smooth chamfered or rounded edges, pre-formed countersunk holes or metal inserts for anchoring, and free from air pockets or surface defects. The minimum weight of each bumper shall not be less than 10 kg. 144 each 3112.34
The bumpers shall be installed on the dock face, walls, or other vulnerable locations to protect structural elements and fire-fighting pipelines from impact damage by heavy vehicles, trailers, or forklifts. Each unit shall be fixed using a minimum of two hot-dip galvanized steel anchor fasteners of 16 mm diameter and 150 mm embedment length (Hilti/HIL/HFS or equivalent), complete with galvanized washers and protective end caps. All fasteners shall be torque-tightened and installed with minimum 100 mm edge distance from concrete edges. Bumpers shall be installed at a minimum 50 mm clear height above floor level to avoid water stagnation at base.
The item includes supply, loading, transportation to site, surface preparation of fixing location, drilling, fixing of anchor fasteners, positioning of bumper as per approved shop drawings and manufacturer's guidelines, testing of anchorage, and final handing over in working condition. The product shall be sourced from a reputed OEM such as Durocrete, Tirupati Rubbers, ATS ELGI, or equivalent, having a proven track record in heavy-duty warehouse applications. All work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
11 MR-11 Providing and fixing standardized reflective signage boards of size 600 mm × 900 mm or as approved, made from retro-reflective sheeting (Type-IV HIP grade, ASTM D4956) laminated on 3 mm thick ACP or GI sheet, including GI frame, supports, and hot-dip galvanized MS pole of 50 mm dia with suitable foundation in PCC 1:2:4 (size 400×400×600 mm). The roof’s product should be dust proof and GRIHA or IGBC GreenPro certified Product. The steel manufacturer shall provide an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) to the Central Warehousing Corporation, ensuring transparency in the material's environmental impact. The coated steel finish shall be free from defects and shall provide branding on back side with product details such as thickness, grade, coating mass, date, mfg. name and CWC.
The steel manufacturers test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be approved by the concerned engineer authorised by Engineer-in-charge prior to installation. Material Warranty: Manufacturer through Contractor shall provide a written warranty for 20 yrs against perforation of metal roof panels due to corrosion under normal weather and atmospheric conditions and 12 yrs exterior paint film warranty against film cracking, peeling and color fading for roof and wall panels from coated steel supplier. The color panels shall not fade (Delta E) more than 6 in light color, not more than 9 in intermediate colors and not more than 12 in dark color, confirms to IS 15965:2012.
Warranty shall be signed by both the metal roof system manufacturer and the contractor.
Weather tightness warranty: Contractor shall provide a written weathertightness warranty for a minimum of 3 years against leaks in roof panels, arising out of or caused by ordinary wear,C3 environment and tear under C3 environment weather and atmospheric conditions.
All coil batches used shall be traceable through mill test certificates, and coil IDs should be stamped and submitted with delivery challan /MTC/Invoice at site
Note : 50% of the quoted item rate may be relased upon claim by contractor after satisfactory supply and stacking of the sheeting material at the Central Warehouse (CW) campus, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, and upon submission of: (a) NABL approved Third-party laboratory test reports, (b) Manufacturer's test certificates (MTCs) , and ( c) An indemnity bond from the contractor affirming material quality and conformance to specifications.

4 PEB -4 Providing and fixing factory-formed translucent polycarbonate skylight sheets of minimum 2.0 mm thickness, co-extruded UV-resistant, of approved make (e.g., Sabic, Lexan, Tuflite, Danpalon, or equivalent), thermo-formed to match the exact profile and seam height of standing seam metal roofing , for integration as skylight panels. The polycarbonate sheets shall be high-impact resistant, fire-retardant (Class B-s1, d0 or equivalent), having a minimum light transmission of 50–60% and designed to match thermal movement characteristics of metal roof sheeting. 121 sqm 2010.1
The skylight sheets shall be supplied in factory-cut lengths as per layout and fixed using the original standing seam clip mechanism or manufacturer-supplied concealed fasteners, without any through-fixing or perforation of the sheet, and with watertight sealing. The joints and end laps shall be sealed using compatible sealants or tapes as per manufacturer guidelines. All accessories including clips, sealing strips, joint tapes, fasteners (if any), and edge trims shall be included in the rate.The item includes supply, hoisting, alignment, cutting to shape, joint sealing, and complete installation as per manufacturer’s specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: Skylight sheet material shall be compatible with adjacent metal sheet in terms of thermal expansion and fixation system. These sheets shall be thermo-profiled by original roofing sheet manufacturer or approved partner to ensure seamless fit and no leakage and Maximum unsupported span should not to exceed manufacturer’s recommended limit (typically 1.2–1.5 m); else support purlins shall be added. 10-year UV and weathering warranty to be provided by manufacturer.
Roof truss and PEB System
5 PEB -5 Supply, fabrication, painting and erection of Roof Truss system in ROUND/ RECTUANGULAR/ SQUARE HOLLOW SECTIONS off Grade YST 310 as per IS:1161:2014. with connecting plates made of E350 grade steel as per IS 2062 :2011 & bolts of grade 8.8 (connecting bolts) and grade 4.6 (for anchor bolts) including secondary members (Z or C purlins) in cold formed sections of Grade E 350 and bracings made of tubular sections of Grade Yst 310 and Mild steel Sag rods etc of Grade FY 250 all as shown in structural drawings. 10000 KG 137.4
The work includes all activities right from shop cutting & welding, application of one primer coat, and minimum two coats of painting, transportation to site of work or site fabrication as per requirement , hoisting, fixing in position, alignment etc complete in all respect.
Finishing works includes surface preparation making it rust free with smooth finish followed by a coat of approved zinc Chromate primer and minimum two coats of Epoxy paint in RAL 7024 or as directed by Engineer in charge (total DFT not less than 120 micron including Primer unless specified otherwise).
Unless specified other wise or directed by Engineer in charge, All Steel material shall be confirming to tender specification. The rate includes all works including preparation of fabrication drawings , supply, fabrication, finishing & erection of holding down bolts, base plates, stub columns, connecting plates & nut,washers , bolts, stiffeners, intermediate bracings & Lacings , truss, rafter, sheet runners & roof purlins , guard bars, canopy on both sides platforms at all height upto 15 m from Finished floor level.
Fabrication drawings shall be prepared by contractor for approval of CWC before cutting / fabrication of the structure.
Final coat of painting shall be done post completion of erection system.
Payment shall be done on Weight basis measured for the items supplied and erected based on the standard weight given in relevant IS code and physical weight (measured as per the procedure defined in relevant IS code) whichever is less excluding any wastage, welding and weight of painting etc.

Cold-formed Z/C purlins and side runners shall be roll-formed from structural quality steel confirming to IS 811 or IS 801, with a minimum yield strength of 310 MPa, and shall have uniform cross-section throughout the length, free from warping, distortion, and sharp edges. Purlins shall be supplied in specified sizes (typically 150–250 mm web depth, flange width 50–75 mm, lip 15–25 mm) and thickness not less than 1.6 mm unless specified otherwise in the structural drawings. Purlins shall be shop-cut to length with notches, holes, cleats, and all required pre-punching done at manufacturer’s facility for bolted connections. All purlins shall be factory finished with a coat of epoxy zinc phosphate/chromate primer (DFT not less than 40 microns) or hot-dip galvanized with zinc coating not less than 275 g/m², as specified. Erection shall include alignment, fixing using cleats, brackets, bolts, washers, and other accessories as per approved drawings and manufacturer's details.
All structural steel members shall be fabricated in a controlled workshop environment using CNC plasma cutting, MIG/Submerged Arc welding processes, and shop-assembled for trial before dispatch. Fabricated members shall be shot-blasted to SA 2.5 surface finish as per ISO 8501-1 and given one coat of approved epoxy zinc phosphate/zinc chromate primer (DFT not less than 40 microns) followed by two coats of epoxy-based polyurethane paint in approved RAL shade (e.g., RAL 7024), with total dry film thickness (DFT) not less than 120 microns unless otherwise specified. Painting to conform to IS 1477 Part 2 and manufacturer’s datasheet.
All structural steel materials must be accompanied by manufacturer’s test certificates (MTCs) for physical and chemical properties, to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge prior to fabrication. Third-party lab tests, if ordered by CWC, shall be at contractor’s cost.
All erection shall be done using cranes, proper rigging equipment, plumb alignment and bolting to achieve structural integrity. No site cutting or welding shall be permitted unless approved in writing. Holding-down bolts and templates shall be supplied and fixed prior to concreting of foundations as per foundation layout drawings.
The scope shall include submission of fabrication/shop drawings and erection plans by the contractor for approval of the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work. Only approved drawings shall be used for cutting and fabrication.Contractor shall submit fabrication drawings for review within mentioned timeline. Approval of fabrication drawings by CWC is mandatory prior to any cutting/fabrication at workshop
Measurement & Payment: Payment shall be made on the basis of weight (in Kg) of completed and erected structural steel, computed from standard unit weights as per relevant IS codes or actual physical weight determined as per standard procedures — whichever is less. Weight shall exclude that of welding material, paint, shop primer, erection bolts, field wastage, packing, and other incidental components.
70% of the quoted item rate may be released upon claim by contractor after satisfactory supply of fully fabricated, surface-treated, and painted PEB structural members, and stacking of materials at the Central Warehouse (CW) campus, as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, and upon submission of the following: (1) NABL approved Third-party laboratory test reports, (2) Manufacturer’s Test Certificates (MTCs), and (3) An Indemnity Bond affirming conformity of materials and workmanship to the approved specifications and drawings.
The balance 20% payment shall be released after satisfactory erection of the PEB structure, including all primary and secondary members, connections, bolts, bracings, and fixtures, duly verified and certified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
The balance 10 % payment shall be released upon final commissioning including final finishing / recoat as per requirement . All painted surfaces shall receive final touch-up coats and/or site recoating wherever damaged during transportation or erection, using matching approved epoxy paints, to achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing finish across all exposed surfaces, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
7 PEB -7 Providing and fixing colour coated Galvalume rainwater downspout pipes of approved make (Tata Bluescope Colorbond / JSW Radiance or equivalent), with a minimum girth of 460 mm, fabricated in square or rectangular cross-section to match the profile and colour of the cladding sheet, made from material of base metal thickness not less than that of the cladding sheet, with aluminium-zinc alloy coating of AZ150 (minimum 150 g/m² total) and paint coating system with total DFT not less than 35 microns. The downspouts shall be fabricated and installed with properly executed longitudinal seams using techniques such as welding, mechanical seaming, or crimping to ensure structural integrity and leak-proof performance. 936 metre 664.45
Sections shall be joined with splice joints secured using stainless steel pop rivets and sealed with weather-resistant silicone sealant. The downspouts shall be securely fixed to the wall surface using 2 mm thick pre-galvanized U-shaped GI straps at intervals not exceeding 1.5 m centre-to-centre, including all necessary fasteners, anchors, and accessories, complete in all respects as per approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8 PEB - 8 Providing and fixing 300 mm × 200 mm GI eaves gutter system, fabricated from minimum 2.0 mm GI sheet, along PEB roof eaves for storm-water drainage, including 2.0 mm thick FRP lining on inside surface for corrosion protection, supported on MS brackets (50×50×5 mm) fixed at maximum 1.2 m c/c, with necessary downpipe connections at every 8–9 m or as per bay width, including fixing using bolts and nuts / self-drilling screws, provision of 40×6 mm MS flat safety/caddle strip over gutter lip and joint sealing using EPDM gaskets and sealants, complete with functional testing, all labour, tools, materials, design and incidental works, as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 542.25 RM 3120.05
9 PEB -9 Providing and fixing factory-fabricated fixed S-type louver system of total depth 100 mm, fabricated from pre-painted Galvalume steel sheet (PPGL) of total coated thickness (TCT) 0.50 mm, with AZ150 aluminium-zinc coating (150 g/m² total both sides) and colour finish in RAL 2000 (Orange) or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The louvers shall be made from colour-coated steel sheets of approved make (TATA Bluescope / JSW Radiance or equivalent), and formed into aerodynamic S-profile blades mounted at uniform spacing inside a louver frame. The louver opening shall be provided with a birdscreen fabricated from Stainless Steel 304 welded wire mesh of aperture size 12.7 mm × 1.1 mm (wire diameter), securely fixed on the rear side of the louver frame with concealed fasteners or rivets. The entire frame of the louver shall be fabricated from the same PPGL sheet as that of the blades and fixed to the cladding/structural wall using self-drilling stainless steel screws with EPDM washers at required intervals, complete with silicone sealing around periphery to ensure weather-tightness.
The item includes all materials, fabrication, transportation, lifting, scaffolding, fixing, anchoring, cutting to fit around columns or wall contours, rivets, sealants, labour, and all incidental works complete, as per approved technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10 PEB -10 Providing and fixing factory-laminated crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) foam thermal insulation sheet, of minimum thickness 9 mm and minimum density 28 kg/m³, laminated on both sides with reinforced aluminum or metallized foil facing, suitable for use below roof sheeting or wall cladding for thermal insulation. The insulation material shall be physically or chemically crosslinked and conform to Class 0 fire performance as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 with fire propagation index less than 5.5, and shall meet ASTM E-84 requirements with flame spread/smoke development ratings of less than 25/50. 7428.04 sqm 186.9
The thermal conductivity (K-value) of the insulation shall not exceed 0.032 W/m·K at 23°C, and the material shall have a minimum water vapour resistance factor (μ) of 14,000, ensuring high moisture resistance. It shall be anti-microbial and anti-fungal as per ASTM G21 and ASTM E2180 standards. The product must be free from CFC and HCFC compounds, and environmentally safe for industrial and warehouse applications.
Each roll shall have overlapping flange edges for sealing of longitudinal joints. The insulation shall be fixed using mechanical fasteners such as screws with rawl plugs and washers, and secured with crisscrossed galvanized steel (GI) wires running between purlins or wall supports. All joints, overlaps and punctures shall be sealed with aluminium foil tape or self-adhesive XLPE strips to ensure an airtight and continuous insulation envelope.
The work shall include supply, handling, cutting, shaping, fixing, sealing and installation of the insulation complete in all respects as per the manufacturer's installation guidelines and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
