Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade incl.curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete inclu. curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Providing and laying dry stone agg. using 40mm nominal size incl. spreading, levelling,sand grouting, watering, ramming, etc all complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-15 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing on wall face un- plasticized rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type -A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion single socketed pipes 110 mm dia. All complete

Engaging labour for Clearance of mulba and choked drains from site before execution of work

Carriage of sand by mechanical transport incl. loading/unloading within a lead of 10 kms

Carriage of stone aggregate below 40 mm by mechanical transport incl. loading /unloading within a lead of 10 kms
