Material and labour in repair for false ceiling with Single layer of size 1800mm x 1200mm x 12.5mm thick, tapered edge gypsum board (Gypboard) Plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50, Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating} at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Pro-Fill Jointing compound (Conforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc Joint Paper tape fixed on and including metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections and suspended as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for plaster of paris decorative cornices/ moulding to the pattern as approved, cross sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm and not exceeding 25 Sq cm and fixed in decorative pattern including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling complete including dismantling of existing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified as directed by steps of treatment as under:-. (a) One Coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and on On the dried old roof treatment surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker shall be applied. (b) APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid over the hot bitumen to make it sandwitched with bitumen on roof surfaces (c) Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint. (d) the overlap of APP shall be done with torch application, a minimum overlap of 150mm shall be made at the end and 100mm shall be made at the longitudinal sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per directed.

M&L Repair of sunken slab as under :- (a) M&L application of 1:3 cement - Sand mortar, mixed with Silka latex emulsion (300 gram in 1 kg cement) as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in the remaining area (b) M&L applicatin Silka to seal 109 hi @2.20 kg per sqm each coat or as per manufacture instructin acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating on to the prepared surface in a continuous film on the floor of the sunken area, taking the coating over the vertical surface s on the floor and over the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300 mm above the final finished floor level. The coating shall also be continued onbe the inner surfices of the pipe penetration holes. Two coats shall be applied & fiber glass cloth to be laid in between coats (c) M&L application of sikagrd694F(i) 2 100 gram per sqm or as per manufacture instruction a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuious 10 mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15mm (d) M&L application of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with silja clim pink @100 gram per sqm or as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L grouting the joints of flooring any type and any size of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade 0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg, including filling grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engrineer -in charge
