Supply of submersible cable with copper conductor having three core sizes 6 sq. mm working on 1100V. Make:-Finolex/Plaza/Unistar or any other make approved by DJB. DJB SOR 29.15.7

Making and supply of MS clamp of 500 mm long x 75 width x 12 mm thick complete with nut and bolts and washers for holding the 100 mm dia pipe including bending and shaping etc. as required.

S/o of 3 mtr. GI pipe 80 mm dia size ,medium class with GI flange welded in both sides 3 Mtr long with ms strips complete with threading work on each side of pipe each flange should be 4 holes and cut for cables. Make :- Jindal / TATA.

S/o G.I required off size threaded heavy duty nut-bolts of good quality.

Supply of MS bore cover 4 mm thick suitable for bore size in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame and provision of 80 mm dia hole in the center.

Making water sample point with the help of socket, niple, cook valve, Tee and extended pipe etc. of size 1/2 inch.

Making and Supply of G.I tail piece of 80 mm dia. , one mtr. Long size made out of medium class pipe complete with one end threaded and other end fitted with G.I. flange heavy and cut for submersible cable. Mak of Pipe - Jindal/Tata.

Supply of neoprene rubber sheet having 50% neoprene , 1.5 mm to 25 mm mm thick Make Jyoti/Worth/DJB approved. DJB SOR 22.6.1

Supply and fixing (Permenaent)of electric insulated sheet for AC & DC which is moisture proof, U.V. protected, fire retardant, high di-electric strength, easy to clean, auto glow path, coloured strips on both sides, glow in emergency, CPRI approved, confirming to BISDOC No. ET-02 (5440). Dt: 30-04-04, meeting requirement of IS:3043, IS:5216 (Part 1,2 & 3), IS: 8437 and IEC: 479 PUB-1 tested for breakdown strength tensile, elongation aging properties, insulation resistance effect of acid, alkaline, diesel and transformer oil, leakage current test etc. 1 no. = 1mtr. breadth x 2 mtr. length. Installation of all E&M Equipments, lowering pump set into the bore all piping work fixing of valves and accessories executing minor civil works, making electrical connections with cable as required size by the help of chain pully to lower pump sets testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard from full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job also includes the transportation charges, providing/fixing of required gap piece, for fixing valves, pressure gauge with the help of welding machine etc.
