Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. Thetreatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note : Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Damp proof course of 100mm thick with cement mortar 1:3:6, (One cement, three sand and six hard broken granite jelly) using 20mm thick HBG stone jelly 100 mm thick Mixed with best approved quality water proofing compound conforming to IS standard 3067 specification as specified by the department officers at 2% by weight of cement used for finishing, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification. Providing and fixing of flooring with Premium quality approved make of double charged vitrified floor tiles (seamless joint) confirming to IS 13006/EN 176 Group BIa with tech.specification as Mohs scratch hardness greater than 6,Water Absorption of 0.06%, Modulus of Rupture greater than 27 N/mm, Deep Abrasion resistant less than 204 mm cube, Surface flatness, Straightness of sides ± 0.25%, thickness ± 5% of size of approved colour and size & thick as specified below, set in 20mm thick C.M.1:3 and pointing with approved make epoxy grout of to matching colour shade as per Manufacturer's Specification and as directed. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold fasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos., one at top and the other at bottom are provided. One aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door. For single leaf doors one more aldrop is provided in the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at in appropriate place, in case of a double leaf door, MS flat 32 X 3mm at 1.10 Kg/m is provided on the edge of one shutter, to conceal the gap between the shutters. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by by the departmental officers. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing in position first quality teak wood beading / architrave of finished size as given below, made to shape and pattern approved with necessary pins, nails, screws, bolts using teakwood conforming to specification. Rate shall include two coats of Duco Paint over a coat of wood primer etc. as directed.

Painting new wood work two coat with approved brand and colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer including cost of brushes putty etc., in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position standard pristine white U-PVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) partly fixed and partly sliding windows as per the design and drawings and making necessary opening for the exhaust fan fixing in all floors with extruded upvc sections of required sizes as per IS Standard with necessary accessories such as rubber beedings with best quality rubber, lock, handle, supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain / frosted glass including the cost of all materials, labour, power consumption required for the fabrication, drilling holes in RCC columns, floor, masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and making good to the original condition after fixing etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

UPVC Ventilator Specification:Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing cup-board shutter using termite and water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hings, water proof plywood plywood plywood,laminatebsheet and other materials should be got approved from the executive engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position steel balustrade using 20mm size square bars at 15cm centre to centre and two balusters in single step centrally located and top shall be welded to 40mm X 6mm mild steel flat fix the handrail 40mm dia M.S. pipe as properly welded with steel flat and bottom fixed in the step concrete fixing M.S. flats of size 50mm X 6mm to be provided at the centre of the balustrade connecting all the square bars to the entire length of the balustrade and the square bars well anchord in the floor / step concrete through fish tail splay at bottom including painting the steel member of the balustrade with one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
