PROVISION OF CAR PARKING SHED FOR BUILDING NO P-72 TO P-76 AND E-11 TO E-20 (TYPE-IV) AT GANESHKHIND UNDER DRDO ESTATE PASHAN, PUNE

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum in ordinary rock including getting out the excavated material, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated material as directed within a lead of 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparetion of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5 to 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 to18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing precoated ridges plain (500 to 600mm) galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5 to 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 to 18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25 of size 1000x450x100mm, reinforced with 8mm dia four Nos longitudinal & 9 Nos cross sectional TMT hoop bars, including providing 50mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125mm including providing edge binding with MS flats of size 50mm x 1.6mm complete all as specified and directed

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 meter in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out all kinds of soil and disposal of excavated earth upto 250 metre and lift upto 1.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and compacting of stone aggregate (single size) : 63mm nominal size including laying/spreading, levelling, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 type D2 (graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.
