Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.: i. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying hand packed stone soling (Qurry) 75mm nominal size including ramming and dressing inlude all leads lifts and all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

ii. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing / Cutting / Fixing of PVC Pipes 80mm dia for weep holes. Complete Job.

Fixing of G.I. Chain Link Febric fencing panels with Structural Steel of required width including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers / welding / fixing in concrete in level including all loading, lifting complete job as per directions of Engineer Incharge. This items includes all types of carriage from Divisional store.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete i. On steel work 13.60.2 On concrete work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. i. Two coats

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. i. Welded

Providing and fixing of sign boards at Tube Well site & SR Site on 4mm thick MS board (2’-6” Ht with Structural Steel 50x50x6mm fixed above Gate 12’-0” wide) painted after priming coat with name of Schemes complete job.

Carriage of material from various sources upto site of work by mechanical transport. i. Cement and Steel for an avg. lead of 10Kms.

ii. Sand for an avg. lead of 15Kms.

iii. 20mm Aggregate for an avg. lead of 5Kms.

iv. 40mm Aggregate for an avg. lead of 5Kms.
