Providing Centering and Shuttering including strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form for floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same:complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

In columns, pillars, piers,Abutments,posts and struts. in all floor level in all heights.

In lintels ,beams, plinth beams,girders,bressumers and cantilevers up to any depth in all floor level in all heights.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform. of any thickness in all floor level in all heights.

In edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20.00 (twenty centimeter) wide any width in all floor level in all heights.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors,roofs having slopes up to 15o landings,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels, bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.50:3 (one cement isto one point five course sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20.00 (twenty milimeter) nominal size. complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay building bricks F.P.S (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.50 (seven point five) in super structure above plinth level upto all floor levels in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position complete up to all floor level including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm (thirtyfive milimetre ) thick second class deodar wood panelled glazed or penelled and glazed shutters for doors and windows including blacked enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separetely complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm (thirtyfive milimetre ) thick sheesham wood panelled glazed or penelled and glazed shutters for doors and windows using 4 mm thick glass panes, including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges with bright finished of required size with necessary screws complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters (a) 35 mm thick( thirty five milimeter) sheesham wood using galvanised MS wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.40 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm (zero point sixty three milimeter) for doors, windows and clearstory windows including hinges and screws complete. as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium sliding door bolts, with nuts and bolts etc. complete for all floors, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium tower bolts ,(Berrel type) transperent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete for all floors, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium handles, transperent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete for all floors, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

15 mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter) in girth and finished even and sand papered smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six fine sand): complete as per HP.PWD., specification volume-I (one ) including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, including cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. grating,framed guards,bars ladders and railing etc.as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 vplume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and laying vetrified tiles of size 60x60 CM (Sixty into sixty centimeter) (thickness to be specified by the manufracturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting,riser of steps,over 12 mm thick (twelve milimeter) bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting on wood with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade, two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer 0.75/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
