Demolition of cement conc. Reinforced as in roof slab , beams, chhajas and similar suspended work reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position .

Dismantling timber scantling over 40 sqcm in section in any position.

Do under 40 sqcm in section.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in girders etc

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Dimantling pipes of any desc.fixed to wall or laid under floor

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat in lime concrete complete

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,nexc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning , float valve if reqd.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and nexc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning float valve if reqd.

Removing up rooting vegitation growth building roof top/sides of walls nexc. 30 cm girth including and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 cm and clearing site and making good of the disturbed surfaces in brick work cm 1:4 and plaster in 1:4 ,surfacearea nexc 0.50 sqm.(Note: For removal of vegitation if reqd at site rain water pipes bends to be removed preserved and refixed in the same location.)

Taking down or up, 15 mm bore galvanised steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down or up, 20 mm bore galvanised steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia for reinforcement.

All as per serial item No. 47.00 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded cdrushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas,parapets and the like, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Contractor shall shall have no claim on height , form work reqd )

M&L Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

M&L PVC(SWR)single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed with wall of 110mm as in rain water pipe

M&L PVC(SWR) bends any radius 110mm.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,even and smooth w/o using extra cement ,incl mixing of water proofing compound .(Note WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 15 mm thickscreeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separatley)

M&L applying injuction grouting with nozzle on slab. The mortal can be applied from a minimum of 15mm to 40mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 25mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortal should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 Day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days , minimum flexural strength should be 8N/mm2 in 28 days. (Sikkon/Dr Fixit/Fosroc).

M&L repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound . (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sikka/Forsoc)

M&L applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sikka)

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Heavy Duty reinforced acrylic coating for terrace/walls water proofing (Make Dr Fix It ,Asian,Sikka) over a coat of Primmer for Sealer coat (Dr fix it) with roller as directed and app by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F self adhesive membrane 1.5mm thick self adhesive elastomeric SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen based membrane with high density aluminum film on top ,provded with Pibial / Emufal TE Bitumen primmer @0.3 ltr per sqm , mimimum over laps shall be 50mm on sides and 100 mm on end laps.(As directed by Eng-in-charge).(Make : Sika,IWL as app by Eng-in-charge)

M&L for polythene film black 150micron

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 ,1.2kg/sqm incl cleaning surface.

M&L Lime concrete terracing as specified on roof.

M&L 40 mm thick Brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Terrazo tiles 200 mmx200mmx22mm thick , with one size of chips up to 6 mm ,set bedded in 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) and jointed in neat cement slurry including cutting and polishing.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of stone patti roofs complete

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old plastered or un plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

Preparing surfaces of plaster or unplaster new and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling

Prerparing old decorated surfaces plastered/unplastered by brooming down etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetical enamel paid over a coat of red oxide.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls and over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L Water tight formwork to column, beam, etc for repair work with micro concrete, as per site requirement, including bolting, strutting, propping, etc and removal of form work after repair work, complete all as directed. Note : Formwork under this item shall be measured and paid only for repair of RCC members with micro concrete.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover ('Rustoff 100' of Sika / '8832 GM' of Pidilite or equivalent of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit) on the rebars and removing the loose rust particles after minimum 24 hours by wire brush, all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, etc.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, supplied and fixed in reinforcement, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement based polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('SikaTop Armatec-108' of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / Fosroc) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, etc.

M&L for one layer of 20mm thick concrete {comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. one part of cement (43 Gde OPC), two parts of fine aggregate and one part of 10mm and down size trap stone aggregate} mixed with 'Sprayset SL' of Fosroc (or equivalent in Sika / Dr. Fixit) 2.00 to 2.50% by weight of cement and 12.50 to 16.50 litre of water mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per Sqm over column, beam, roof slab, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,even and smooth w/o using extra cement ,incl mixing of water proofing compound .(Note WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6,even and smooth w/o using extra cement .
