Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of poles, laying cables of under ground cable etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and beyond exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of poles etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles complete including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 90x76 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS:14930 (Pt-2:200)/IS-16205 Pt-1:2017,IS-16205 Pt-24:2018 for protection of HT cable 70 & 150 sq.mm in under ground complete all as specified & directed.

Drawing out the SF 6 / RMU/VCBs from the Circuit system of 11 KV , Servicing the Circuit breaker by checking the following parameters VCB Panel Calibration, for proper functioning using CTC for clear off the carbon deposited . a) Checking / fault diagnisis of Isolator & earth switch mechanism slips b) Checking of Gas inside the tank c) Checking the functionality of relay protection system d) Checking the Mechanism of isolator module and vcb module e) Checking the voltage presence indicator f) Checking the comlete control wiring for tripping/ closing / indication system.

M&L for painting to steel/PCC/RCC tubular swaged pole of Overhead lines (11 KV HT )complete with and including comprising the following works :- (a) Scraping out wornout old paint and making the surface smooth. (b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Aluminium shade) as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c ) Forming five nos coloured bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatively with white and black colour (or any colour as approved by Engr-in-charge)synthetic enameled paint and marking pole no. with black and white paint complete all as specified.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA, removing the lid/cover for inspection to facilitate minor repairs at site , replacement of HV/LV bushings of aluminium of required current rating , draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer, refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete, all as specified and directed.

Shifting of transformer of capacities (63KVA-500KVA) from the site to workshop for necessary repairs. Reshifting the transformer Post repairs from workshop to site with help of hydra/crane/any other lifting devices . Note:- All spares & work other than transformer oil, copper winding are included in the quoted rate such as gasket, nut, bolts washers, welding & finishing work to stop leakage if any, silica gel with box etc.

Shifting of transformer of capacity 6.3MVA from the site to workshop for necessary repairs. Re-shifting the transformer Post repairs from workshop to site and placed at its original position with the help of hydra/crane/any other lifting devices . Note:- All spares & work other than transformer oil, copper winding are included in the quoted rate such as gasket, nut, bolts washers, welding & finishing work to stop leakage if any, silica gel with box etc.

Taking down the unserviceable over head conductor/Moistured HT Cable from the under ground system. Supply & lay test and commissiong of HT Cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor , 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area as illustrated below.

a) 95 sq.mm 3 core

b) 120 sq.mm 3 core

c) 150 sq.mm 3 core

c) 185 sq.mm 3 core

Supply, installation and testing HT gang operated air break switch 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current upto 200 Amps with drop out fuse elements of required capacity, GOD/switch having 100 MVA rating at 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV, 50 C/s including mounting on HT poles and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Spare parts of VCBs.

a) Current transformer of capacities 400/200/5/5A

b) Current transformer of capacities 200/100/5/5A

c) Vacum Interrupters

M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coil conforming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled cooper wire/strip or DPC copper wire of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials complete, all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filteration of existing serviceable transformer oil at site or at factory permisses of any type,any capacity,any rating transformers till it achieves the required dielectric strength upto 50 KV at 2.5mm gap using dehydration plant complete, all as specified and directed.

Topping up of transformer oil of good quality having not less than 55 KV dielectric strength,flash point not less than 135 degree C, having low viscosity for filing complete, all as specified and directed. Draining out old unserviceable oil & filling process is deemed to be included in quoted rate in respsctive item.

Taking down the old corroded / damaged HT Poles from the substation. Supply and fix (11 Mtr long) steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 all as specified & directed Note : a) Necessary exacavation , foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for construction of platform for transformer 3 M(wide)x 3 m (long) & 1.5m (height) including moorum filling, earth work in brickwork any type of soil, brick work in CM (1:6) and PCC at top 10 cm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 and foundation with 1:4:8 type D-2, 25cm thick all as per drawing including plastering to exposed walls and white wash, providing MS channel on top of size 75x40x8mm of 1.5m length for rolling to transformer, including chain link fencing of wire mesh 150x100 size made out 4mm dia GI wire of height 1.5m fixed with the help of MS strip 25x6mm on and including MS angle iron 75x45x6mm thick 12 Nos post by the means of drilling holes at the distance of 30cm and fixed with the help of suitable nut, bolt and washer, the length of MS angle iron not less than 2.25m top of post bend to the shape of 60 degree including 03 Nos cuts for inserting barbed wire including 03 run of barbed wire and including provision of gate of size 1.5mx0.9m made out of MS angle iron 50x50x6mm and MS bar 12mm dia for meshing to the gate and locking arrangement complete all necessary for work, complete all as specified.

M&L for Painting of transformer of following capacity with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour by spray complete including preparation of old surfaces, removing, cleaning of oil, grease etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Breather ASSY with Silica gel by opening of all nuts and bolts after taking shutdown of transformer and fix breather assy all as per directed and specified.

Takin down u/s Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp and supply and fix new Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp .11000 volts all as per specified and directed.

Calibration of the Numerical relay system in HT Breakers ( 11 kv) . calibration shall be done by primary injector kit . Necessary plug setting and injector shall be done . Test report for the said calibration to be submitted to the JE in charge.

S&F of Chequr plates/GI sheet/ cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. Including Taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Dismantling of old unserviceable/corroded ACSR Conductor of any size from existing over head lines completed and supply, lay and fix aerial bunched cable 11KV grade stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 3x50 sqmm + 1x70 sqmm (bare messenger) with Aluminium alloy as per IS-8130-1984 ans ISD 398(Part-4)-1979. The phase conductor shall be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound Aluminium as per IS-14255-1995 & IS-7098(Part-2)-1985 including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp, line connector, service clamp, Including End joints insulator piercing connectors, for taps from bare line etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Old/unserviceable feeder pillar with all accessories shall be deposited in power house storeyard.

CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-1), 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-2) 2011) 2. Tempreature Rise (IS/IEC : 61439-1, 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439-2 2011) 3. CPRI Short Circuit IEC-61439-1 & 2 withstand strenght should be 70kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 154kApk 4. CPRI Certification IEC-61439-1 & 2 Rated current for short circuit not less than 6300 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 5. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED

Inspection & visit the power house for checking the fault occur due to rain , heavy wind and any other breakdown related to 11 KV HT line and power house ,Rectify the fault at own arrangement and report to JE /Engr- in- charge after rectifying the fault and proper testing and commissioning of HT line .All spare and parts such as nuts , bolts, disc and pin insulator,streching of conductor and all other essential accessories required for fault rectification are included in the quoted rates.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised of type and size as directed by the GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling doles, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long and diameter of neck n.exc 12mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, with and including necessary welding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.
