Supply, install, test and commission UPS of 20 KVA capacity three phase incoming & three phase output, having input power factor more than 0.90, based on IGBT technology with builtin/External isolation Transformer, having back up time of 60 minutes and input voltage 380 to 415 Volts, efficiency more than 90%, including supply ,testing and commissioning of open type MS racks to house SMF batteries for UPS system along with suitable interconnecting links, all as specied and directed by Engr-in -charge. UPS shall comply to standards IEC 62040-1 & IEC 62040-2. Note:- Contractor shall submit original tax invoices with manufacturers warrantee certificates (Min 02 years period) to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCB triple pole and neutral 415 V 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed. .Make : L&TBB4060B

M&L earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x3.15mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

S & F branded steel sheet MCCB enclosure box along with 40A, 4 pole 16 KA MCCB, completely connected with copper timber and with all accessories complete allas specified and directed by Engr0in-charge.

Material & labour, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI tubing light grade in trenches/fixed to wall/ceiling including required GI fitting of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipes etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavation material not exc 50 Meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 50 mm dia high density for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supply and fix in repair MCB 40 Amps, SP 230 volts 10 KA 50 HZ with thermal magnetic setting .

M&L for submain wiring with four single core PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unseathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 Sqmm in and including new PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia, and all conduit accessories concealed in wall on surface in ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/columns etc, for submain wiring and connection complete FRLS 1100 volts unsheathed stranded copper conuctor cable of 6 Sqmm size stranded conductor as earthwire.. Note :- (i) Four runs of copper cable and one run of earth wire including conduit shall be measured as one length.
