Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) DSR: 15.2.1

Taking out existing PCC tiles /CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 12 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading upto lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing PCC new kerbs of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (DSR 4.1.10)

Providing and fixing 300x300mm heavy duty chequerred tiles of ISI Marked and name of manufacturer embedded, rubber molded as per ISI Code 13801:2013 of 25mm thick with minimum 6mm thick top layer with white cement heavy duty polished with acrylic based coating, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles on 20mm thick bed cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)
