(e) Over plaster apply WPC with cement slowly as 1:20 Ratio or as per manufacture instruction to achieve smooth surface. (f) Provide PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction over PCC 1:5:10 as remain portion of in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed (Note : Measurement will be taken as floor area of the sunken floor)

(b) Applying evenly a tack coat of water proofing shield primer @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface. (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick einforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm), unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 5 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacture instruction. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete as in roof kerbs, levelling courses for making proper gradient/slope or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges with B-1, 1:2:4 using stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.
