Construction of RCC static water tank of capacity 20,000 gallon of size 7.45 x 7.45m as shown on drawings, Sch 'A' Notes and Particular Speciafations complete all as specified and directed. Note: i. The contractor shall carry out Structural design and vet the drawing from NIT/Govt Engg College. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of same. ii. The design parameters are provided in Sch 'A' Notes.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of minimum 28 days Flexural Strength of 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017 (Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC) including transportation to site in transit mixer), in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of making of joints, joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). NOTE:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Design Mix from IIT/NIT/ Govt Engg College/NABL Accedited Lab. The minimum cement content shall be 360kg/cum. Extra cement as per design mix shall be provided with no cost basis.

Supply and Install Electric driven three phase de-watering submersible pump of capacity 20 HP of approved make discharge shall be 3500 LPM(minium) with thermal overload protector and minimum water level cut-off sensor to avoid dry run of motor complete as specified & directed. Make : Kriloskar, KSB, Cromptom Greaves,Calama Note: - The contractor shall submit the PV before claimaing payment in RAR. The non-production may cause non-payment of RAR/FB.

M&L for laying of submersible cable 10sqmm, 3 core, from pump motor to starter panel complete including connection complete all as specifed and directed.
